Eat most of these fruits, veggies, eggs fish and meats regularly and look half my age. Very active, get morning 🌄 and aerobic exercise at gym. I'm healthy no colds or illnesses as far back as I could remember. Love my fresh fruits, greens, chopped salads, cucumber 🥒 broccoli 🥦 and brussel sprouts, cauliflower eggs, sweet potatoes, 🥔 pumpkins, etc Eat handful of nuts daily, green veggies salad and proteins, bone broth, green and herbal teas, 3-4 16oz bottles of water 💦 (reverse osmosis). Frozen fruit for desserts. My favorites pineapple, melons, berries 🍒 cherries and 🍇 red grapes. Very little processed, canned and frozen foods.
In America, all these fruits and veggies are heavily contaminated with pesticides and insecticides, the fruit barely has any taste, all are picked green and sprayed with chemicals to ripe and last longer on the shelf.... . People may look younger but die younger also..
Your research is excellent. Life is a choice. We will use them when we need them. I know we all need these vitamins coupled with other healthy lifestyle.

I’m 76 in excellent Heatlh . I only take vitamins E a 1000units not cheap but keep my skin. Tight . Never I gain weight or diet I be dead . God is good to me especially my neck . Mine .

I'm already 68 years old but I didn't take any vitamins or any maitenance tablet,I only Walk everyday, but the other women like my age they cannot walk anymore and they became so weak and very sickly, they take so many tablets and capsule oh no, and thanks to my God Elohim for protecting me and blessed me with a good health.. I'm not taking any vitamins or capsule. or anything that the seniors needs to take..

Nice because vitamins by diet recommended is very good . Only vitamin D in orange juice is difficult to digest and Sun exposure must be around 40 minutes daily protecting face and neck . Even cereals is doubtful If not right please guide
Lastly for those of you that are helping with spellings. Know that regardless of my long-term abstinence in school and all other factors that took place in my situation , I can tell tell the difference when a grammar or a spelling is not correct . Yes they can look younger at 40 but definitely not similar to 20 year old. I get your point. Some people have youthful looking facial features but nope definitely impossible to look 20 years younger. To look 20 year old, you cannot have a single strand of grey hair naturally without dye, and not the faintest single wrinkle or blemish on your skin without make up. Nobody in their 40s can truly attain that standard. Not even celebrities or movie stars.

You cannot have a single strand of grey hair, not a slightest hint of sagging skin everywhere on your face, not even the faintest line of wrinkle to compete with a young lad or young lady. And all this has to be done without artifical hair dye or fake make up. If anyone in their 40s think they are similar in appearance to a 20 year old, they are extremely delusional. And trust me I have seen a lot of very attractive people in their 40s in real life to say all these.

Hi when you write a paper this is how you gave reasons for your concultion. So far retinol (1) in sweet potato, spinach,kale (2) vitamin C. (3) vitamin E in Don quai herb. (4)Vita D., (5) vitamin K. (6) Vitamin B 3. Surprisedly at the end, it says you have the 6 vitamins.. they have to give the reason why and also some fancy name of herbs I put them in our everyday names . God bless 🙏.
