I often feel sperated and disconnected from people nowadays 2023 was the year I spent the most time alone

I feel like I am in prison. Each time I try to socialize, I suddenly see how evil people are. I just want to stay in my room and take walks in nature. I don't want people near me. I just want to be isolated

I totally understand what you're saying because I am more of a loner in today’s society than I was 10 years ago. It seems that I don't fit in anymore due to several family members & false friends crossing me constantly. My wisdom, knowledge, and understanding have elevated tremendously over the years.

I was always a lone wolf. So the isolation was natural for me. And i have zero desire to do the things i used to do. Being home in my own space away from the world in fine. Spending a weekend listening to the word and playing video games.. and it gets easier over time. But im forever thankful for the opportunity to walk

Just yesterday I was feeling lonely Abit cause I'm in isolation but at the same time I know it's all for my own good and to protect me! Not my will but God's will be done! He knows what's best for me and I accept that!.

I don't visit my friends (I only have two) or my family very often, I've definitely gone through isolation, but I truly don't feel alone anymore. I feel the love Christ has for me, I'm brought to tears almost every day. I would ask for forgiveness knowing I'd go right back to weed and porn. Did both every day for years. A hell testimony set me straight, now I've been off weed for the longest period since I was 18 and the longest I've been off of porn for probably around 10 years. I'm still tempted but have no desire to return to my sin. The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom and to depart from sin is understanding. God bless you all

I’m always lonely as a single mother my husband passed years ago. Lord please help me forgive ppl that say my testimony isn’t true. Jesus save me. I want to give up. Jesus I PRAISE you! Even as I’m struggling providing for my children. I’m so discouraged but I will keep faith because faith is all I have left! I suffer from lupus, and heart disease. I have two beautiful boys both are special needs. I’m overwhelmed because they require so much from me. I started homeschooling them due to bullying. Thank you for this it explains what I am currently going through . I’ve grown a disdain for this world. I’ve broken away from my bad habits not completely but God is definitely given me strength to break my stronghold I quit smoking and drinking my mother and brother passed away, leaving me only with my sister and we don’t get along all my friends that I used to have. They don’t hit me up no more neither do I feel like being bothered or going around them my wisdom has increased my understanding has increased, I have an intense need for God and his word. I have been able to acquire the armor of God and I’m seeing the world for what it really is. The things that irritate God irritate me I don’t bear crosses or any graven images. I don’t buy into the Eurocentric Jesus. Not that it matters what race Jesus is, but anybody who knows historical facts knows that he came from the Middle East region of color. I’m pretty sure he doesn’t like all these people and Catholic churches praying statues and icons and I’m definitely sure he doesn’t like being portrayed as a human That he did not look like not that I know what he looks like. This world is growing increasingly demonic. I feel the devil attacking me constantly. I struggle with anxiety and depression, and God has been able to get me out of that, but I still have bout of anxiety, and the truth most people don’t love the truth because it makes them uncomfortable, but God doesn’t want us to be comfortable being comfortable allows the world to conform you.

I’m in round two of isolation. Last time I let the wrong ppl in and got distracted. I am left wondering if I’m isolated because of TMH or isolated because I’m traumatized and push everyone away.

Hey Marc, everything you not only listed but literally said is what ive been on, ive had 15+ near death experiences 5 removal attempts in one week and that last one i should be dead, but God send a literal angel to save me. Its my 30th birthday today. I spent up until right now worshipping His grace and glory alone. I have never felt so satisfied and full of happiness. Though Im sad this was the first time I ever cordially invited him to celebrate this day with me. I am more than fulfilled that it will never again be so. I’m always wishing I was alone then when alone I miss people. I think I just want to relate but I feel awkward everywhere.

One thing. You don't have to be OK with losing your friends. Explain to them the changes you are seeing in yourself and discuss God with them. If they choose to distance themselves from you because of this, so be it. Just don't feel like losing friends is a necessity to become closer to God, and if they reject you, they were never your friends to begin with, and then thank God that he was able to let you see this sooner rather than later.
