Everything's correct, except that iodine is NOT going to be toxic to the cells if you don't take companion nutrients. Who told you that? It's false. You also missed many other reasons why people might be deficient in iodine, like the consumption of antinutrients that inhibit the mineral (they're called goitrogens) and the presence of bromide, fluoride, chloride, etc.. in too high quantities in their everyday life. However, because our environment is so toxic nowadays, most people are extremely deficient in iodine.
@@user-cx6lk2rg9b How did you come up with that conclusion? I said nothing against iodine supplementation, and there's nothing in my comment that might suggest I could be opposed to that. I do take iodine myself and I also do recommend it to most people.

I did the iodine test and it disappeared before my eyes im low on energy i have problems losing weight i feel ill all day every day with dam i told my doctor my thyroid was acting up they will not lesson to you and blow you off!! Ever since I caught covid two months ago I literally have zero energy, even drinking large amounts caffeine every single day I still feel tired and like I have the flu and that I’m about to collapse when I stand up. I even see spots . My knees are killing me and feel like they are going to break and my spine, lawd! You don’t even want to know how bad I suffer with it! I’m falling apart! I’m use to always staying busy on my feet from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep! Now , just a thought of one task, exhaust me

I thought it’s best just iodine not iodide . How about nascent iodine instead? 1mg is best we need 150-300 mcg if having hashimotos have to be careful to high
Is it possible to say that the common vitamin D deficiency is actually caused by iodine deficiency? If vitamin D is a hormone, how appropriate is it to take it externally? Wouldn't any artificial or similar hormone from outside negatively affect the functioning of the body? Will it be beneficial to take iodine supplements unless we stay away from foods containing chlorine, water, fluoride, bromine and food preservatives that cause iodine deficiency?

My iodine is at 90 at it says low on the test. When I showed my doctor she said it’s nothing to worry about iodine is still in normal range. I am experiencing brachycardia a lot. I do not know if this is the cause or not but has anyone dealt with this??

No one has the time to search thru your videos hoping to accidentally find all the other videos you referred to but did not name.
