What about when you feel like you're already eating pretty minimal amounts at meals, don't snack, eat quite healthy foods most of the time, watch sugars, fats, etc? Do you cut it down even more so that you're just eating a few ounces of food at each meal? And please don't say "hidden calories" because am very aware of that. A person doesn't want to be hungry and miserable all the time.
Great question - I like to really focus on listening to my body to guide me on quantities. So some day yes i’Ill only need a really small amount but other days it will be more. I always make sure I feel that satisfied point so I’m not leaving the table hungry
