This is the nickname of Newcastle the city ie the town (Toon). Due to our particular accent. 3. King Charles I was executed in London but was held as an open prisoner in Newcastle during the civil war around 1646 by the Scots for 6 months. You’ve confused St James’ Park in London with St James’ Park in Newcastle. 4. Newcastle United (the club) were formed in 1881. Newcastle East End moved to St James Park in 1892 when Newcastle West End folded and changed its name to Newcastle United. You may need to review this video 🤷🏻‍♂️

Great football arena

This video is absolute rubbish. 1. King Charles 1 was executed in Whitehall, London which is very far from Newcastle lol. 2. The premier league is not the renamed football league, they are distinct. 3. No one calls the stadium "The Toon" that's slang for the city/city centre (i.e. going into town/toon) There's plenty of other errors but there's just a few very obviously wrong ones.
