I was always tired I would work over my brother's trailer park for 1 hour but it felt like 8 to 10 hours I would come home fall asleep then wake up in my car not knowing where I was that was Sept 14, 2019 then in October 12, 2019 came home I remember falling on a propane heater and seeing it go out then hear my brother saying I am calling the ambulance and you are going to the hospital that day was October 22 , 2019 so I was on the floor for 10 days I don't remember day or night I don't know why I am alive there is a lot more to the story I might finish it if somebody wants to hear about the rest I am just learning that it probably a sign of a stroke

I had a cerebellum stroke a little more than 2years ago....thought it was my inner ear.... dizziness... nausea....a very wise Dr. did an MRI in ER as the cat scan was normal and this type of very rare stroke can only be detected with an MRI as it is behind the bone at the back of the head....I am very blessed with almost full recovery.... about 95%....

WOW! Such crass and rudeness in the comments! Nobody twisted your arm and made any one of you watch! I had a stroke at age 49. After ER docs kept denying it saying “she’s too young!” they finally told my family I would not live til Friday-this was Wednesday October 17, 2001. I’m a retired RN and I lay on the stretcher thinking “what? No way-I need a real Doc in here” I knew what was going on but I couldn’t make myself understood. The doctors had my husband making final arrangements for me. By the grace of God here I am fully recovered and 71 years of age. Recovery wasn’t easy but it was do-able. So for all of you hurry up and get to the point people-step back and take a moment and thank this person for taking the time to care enough to inform you of these symptoms. Take note and make some changes in your life and yourself as well. A little gratitude goes a long way.

Thank you for your kind words! Your story is honestly amazing. It’s crazy to think that even young people have to deal with stuff like strokes, and it's super inspiring to hear how you fought your way back after doctors didn't take you seriously. It just goes to show, we really gotta know the signs and trust ourselves. Your journey’s a real eye-opener on how tough and resilient we can be, and it’s a great reminder to be thankful for the health info we've got at our fingertips. Really appreciate you sharing and pushing us to not just listen but to actually use that knowledge to take better care of ourselves. Your strength and positive vibes are contagious. Thanks for being awesome and for reminding us to keep pushing, no matter what. Let's spread awareness! 💚

For anyone here wondering how the lifestyle habits can bring this about - glucose sticks to protein - Haemoglobin is a protein and so is cartilage (which is everywhere in our bodies, not just skin and hair, it makes our tissues flexible enough to function). Because high blood sugar levels make the blood sticky and some capillaries are only one cell wide in the brain, sugar can be a direct cause of a capillary blockage. Smoking can perforate holes in blood vessel walls, LDL cholesterol is the body's band aid that covers the holes while the body repairs it so you don;t bleed out. But if the blood vessel is very narrow or there are too many perforations, a blood blockage can occur. Lack of sleep impairs the body's ability to metabolise glucose and increase insulin resistance. So make sure you get 7 hours of sleep a day, and seriously cut down your sugars and carbohydrates. Never eat sugars and carbohydrates on an empty stomach eat fibre first and then protein before the sugars or with the sugars. Fibre creates a mesh along the beginnings of the gut that slow sugar release into the blood, protein, in order to be broken down into peptides that are absorbed in the gut, must start breaking down in the stomach first by the stomach acid, so eating sugars with protein slows the release of sugar into the gut. If you're interested about learning about how we function, you can find more information on glucose from Jesse Inchauspe (or glucose goddess), a chemist specialising in sugar; food, how it effects us and how our cells and organs work from Barabara O'Neill, a former psyche nurse and current nutritionist who teaches about the body and how to look after it, and Professor Thomas Seyfried, professor of biology, genetics and biochemistry that explains how sugar directly feeds, or how lack of it starves, cancer cells, (normal cells become cancerous when their mitochondria get damaged and changes their energy production pathway from anaerobic respiration to fermentation). Please learn about the body and how the food effects us. Human health is on a huge decline because we're not told the right information. It's out there but people trying to push it through some are being discredited, ignored, persecuted or silenced. There isn't a need for people to suffer and illnesses in old age occur after years and decades of self inflicted physical abuse due to lack of knowledge.

@@donnahamilton6844 you're welcome, thank you for taking the time out the say this. And to appreciate it! A lot of my friends don't even want to hear. In the last year I've come across a lot of information about health, that's totally shocked and enraged me. The fact that illnesses and even situations like birthing children with autism is related to gut health, something we should have control of but don't and how our general life options, things we should have every right to own like access to a non poisonous diet, having enough hours left in the day for a crucial sleep hygiene and protection from deadly toxins in even baby products has been taken away from the general population. A typical middle class citizen has very little control over this and the effects are tragic, even though its extremely hard for me to get these basics for healthy life, I'm trying and I want everyone out there to know to make the right decisions and be in control of their life. We are all consumers and a huge percentage of population that can change the way we're being treated by large companies that give us these dangerous options to live off and even governments, but only if our actions align.

@@anitaparks8945 I work in a kindergarten and preschool. You wouldn't believe the amount of sweets teachers give to the kids for answering questions correctly and good behaviour. This is why I want to just shout this from the rooftops. Yes kids need more energy because their bodies are growing so quickly, but protein is the building blocks for that growth, not sugar 😢 kids need good complex carbs and enough protein, fats, fibre... Not candy. But if I want to buy a simple gift/reward for children putting in so much effort, even I'm confused with what to do, I got them a bag of tangerines once, they were pretty confused 😄 but we have this culture, I think its time to correct it, at least this part, I know there's a lot of work that could be done on modern culture. But food and good knowledge is so vital, especially since very little of it is being taught in schools

@@donnahamilton6844 thank you so much for taking time out to let me know ♥ and I really appreciate that you appreciate it too, a lot of my friends dont want to hear it. Also, please look up stop chasing pain, an organisation by Dr Perry about the lymph system, our body's drainage system that only moves if we move, literally, modern life of sitting hunched at laptops and phones are cutting our lymph flow off. And its so easy to get it to move and help your body flush those used up hormones, old dead cells, metabolic waste and broken down bacteria, out of your body. You can also learn a lot about how muscle and mitochondria is important from Dr Gabrielle Lyon. They published books, but these doctors and nutritionists also have podcasts and lectures online. I recommend you have a look before they get pulled down, especially Barbara O'Neill videos. They are extremely informative, interesting and on a level everyone can understand

I had a stroke last July at the age of 44. I was on my way to work at our local hospital and my face and left arm went completely numb and I had trouble seeing out of my left eye. Luckily there wasn’t a lot of traffic because I didn’t have cell service when it started so I just kept driving. I parked my car in the employee parking and went straight to my supervisor and told her I knew I was scheduled to work but I felt really strange. She told me “You don’t look good at all we need to go down to the ER and have you checked for a stroke.” I found out through the course of tests that my brain was undamaged but I have a hole in my heart and AFIB which I never knew I had. I am currently doing well with my meds and keeping an eye on my heart.

I didn't know, but my wife had a clot travel from her brain to her heart where it erupted. She had to go through 2 surgeries because the doctors didn't get the bleeding under control in the first surgery. A second doctor was coming on duty and took her back to surgery to save her life. He calls her his angel and often asks how she's doing.

Thank goodness for that second doctor who fought to save her life. It's amazing he was able to stop the bleeding and help her recover. It's heartwarming that he still checks on her and calls her his angel. It shows the special bond they share and how much your wife means to him. Having a compassionate medical team is such a blessing. I hope your wife is doing better now. My thoughts are with you both as you go through this tough time. How true is what you said .I had an ischemic stroke 6 years ago, I did not have cardio vascular disease, suffer only from chronic insomnia and emotional stress and only rarely I had high blood pressure for a few hours or just for 30 min . If I had a cool shower or hold an ice pack to my head for about 30 min, and move it around, the blood pressure will go down., completely. When I had the stroke did not sleep at all for 3 nights in a row. Could not sleep. In the fourth night I took a sleeping tablet at 3 am out of desperation , was exhausted. Even with the tablet I could not sleep, and after a while I started to feel dizzy and slightly nauseous , and felt like I had Vertigo. It was going like this for a few hours, and I thought it is more than the effect of the sleeping tablet, and knew I could have a stroke. My mistake is that I did not call the ambulance and the doctor at Emergency did not consider it serious, even if I told him maybe I do not have the classical symptoms, he said will keep me there for a while, and after send ne home. Also he said will send another doctor to asses me . They did not give me anything , left me to wait for 5 hours,when the other doctor arrived, already I had the stroke in the hospital, completely neglected, and my right side was affected , badly , I was in a wheelchair for a few months, even after rehabilitation, and slowly I improved a bit I walk but with a walking stick, and limping badly , I use my right hand only 10,15/00 am disabled, I regret I went to the hospital, because I knew what to do to lower my blood pressure. They did nothing to help me.,like in a third World Country. What a pity, because I could remain with only a minor damage, if given proper care and attention. It was negligence from the doctor, s side.Since than I became my own doctor, and avoid hospitals. I think it is normal after such a sad experience.

I had a hemorrhagic stroke due to high blood pressure that came out of the blue. It turned out when I had a back surgery some time before, I was given a toxic contrast dye during the myelogram that fried my circulatory system. I went from 120/60 to 190/100 in less than a couple of hours. I got very sick for a couple of days but the medical staff in the hospital, although they knew what they had done, did not tell me what had happened and released me without telling me about my elevated blood pressure, due to fear of a lawsuit, I suppose. I made it a few years until I blew a blood vessel on my basal ganglia in my brain. My right side paralyzed temporarily and I lost my ability to speak. In the hospital was when I found out about my hypertension and began treatment. I wondered how I went from 120/60 to a near lethal stroke but the medical system continued to lie to me about it until the statute of limitations ran out and I could no longer sue. It turned out there was a class action lawsuit by others that this had happened to and if I would have been part of it, I would have gotten hundreds of thousands of dollars. As it is, I got nothing except for a life threatening condition I will have for my likely much shortened life. Be your own doctor and do not let the for profit health care system destroy your life like it did mine. Through diet an exercise, I have improved a lot but my blood pressure remains at dangerous levels and does not respond to medication. The part that bothers me the most is that doctors keep calling me a liar when I explain the cause of my condition and blame it in life style. I do not drink, do not smoke, eat a healthy diet and have always kept in top condition by at least an hour of work out a day. The medical system continues to gaslight me even though I have the proof of what happened.
@jhastings35
@jhastings35 6 месяцев назад
That is negligence. You should really think about suing that hospital.
@jayleeper1512
@jayleeper1512 6 месяцев назад
@@jhastings35 There is a two year statute of limitation. It was too late for me to sue by the time I found out what happened. That is why they gaslight me for as long as they did, so I would not find out until it was too late to sue. This was explained to me by my lawyer. Thanks anyway.

My Great Grandfather, had a stroke, when he was 77 years old, from A-Fib. This just proves that you can never take anything for granted, and a stroke can happen at any age, even as early as 77 years old. Be careful, and get a full-body MRI, at least 3 times a year, to detect any possible clots. May God Bless You All! 🙏🙏🙏 Stay healthy. 👌

@susanstamboulian646
@susanstamboulian646 6 месяцев назад
@@lynnheffron6905 I agree, they are so expensive. Everything in healthcare has become so ridiculously expensive. Maybe 1 full body MRI per year is more reasonable, and should be covered at no expense, like other preventative care services in Obamacare. I would also suggest speaking to your doctor about taking some sort of blood thinners, even baby aspirin, to reduce the chances of a stroke. I take Prodaxa twice a day, because I also had a bout with A-Fib in 2022, and was in the Kaiser Hospital for 3 days. The downfall to taking Prodaxa, is that my Cardiologist says I can never again take any pain killers like Ibuprofen, Naproxen, or Aspirin. Only Tylenol, which doesn't work good at all. I am so afraid of having a stroke, I moved into a house directly across the street from Kaiser, and rarely even leave the house. I am only 52 and am scared to death of having a stroke and dying, or worse yet being in a vegetated state for decades. I am also worried beyond belief of getting cancer or something like MS, Lupus, or Tetanus. 🥶

My beloved grandmother has a hemorrhagic stroke at the age of 77. Her bp was increased to 200. At that time we did not realise that it could be a stroke, so we rushed to local doctor and he tried to reduce blood pressure with machine. After sometime grandmother was doing fine. After the incident of raising bp on the next day we went to local hospital, there was a very incompetent doctor who did not tell us about her stroke or did not diagnose that it could be a stroke, because when you have one side numbness or one side is not working , and speech impairment, it is definitely a stroke. On the third day we went to the biggest and famous hospital of cardiology, as we thought it is a heart related problem, bcz local hospital doctor didn't diagnose well and did only ECG and gave medicine that was heart related. But when we went to the biggest hospital of cardiology, the cardiologist did the ECG and said she has some heart related problem, but when she saw the patients one side of body is not working and she is not proper speaking, then the cardiologist said that it can be a stroke, so that you have to go to another hospital and do CT scan and said i cannot give medicine for heart related problem, bcz in her condition of heart related problem, you have to give medicines that does not support blood coagulation means anti Coagulants, but these medicines can harmful for a person which has stroke, bcz in hemorrhagic stroke you have to take medicine that support blood coagulation , so she basically has two problems heart related and hemorragic stroke , both of these have opposite treatments. If you treat one , the other one will worsen . So doctors did not perform surgery because they said age is a factor and in her condition and in this age chances of being survivid from hemorrhagic stroke are 0% .😢😢😢 So they treated her with medicines . After some days doctors said: " you people should just go home 😮and give medicines . If She has chances or If Allah's will , she can survive, otherwise not.😮 We fed her through gastrostomy tube and it was very difficult to see your loved ones in that situation 😢😢😢i can remember each and every detail of those days . I used to cry everyday . Because we loved our grandmother very much and she lived with us for 25 years . And also she loved us dearly 😢😢 After 2 months of the incident, she died😢😢😢😢😢😢😮 I studied that chances of being survived from isochemic stroke are more than hemorrhagic stroke . And age also matters , if you are young and you have stroke , chances of your survival even after surgery are more than older people. Edit: correct me if I interpreted any medical information in a wrong way, only in case if you know about medical knowledge otherwise don't. But at any age , we should never lose hope on Allah , because stress can worsen tha disease. Because Allah never leaves you alone . You should keep in mind that thousands of people survived every year by the grace of Allah Almighty. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

The graphic for this video suggests neck ache, jaw ache and some kind of headache are all symptoms that you can experience 1 month before getting a stroke. These symptoms are all common in healthy people of all ages and don’t necessarily mean you about to have a stroke. What might be more helpful is simply informing people about healthy lifestyle changes they can make to avoid strokes. The first i would suggest is not feeling unnecessarily stressed therefore probably watching this video going to freak people out with little real input into how we can all improve our health to reduce the real risks of having a stroke.

Had a tia in 2021 it was a eye opener went to the ER the did a CT scan and x-ray and MRI to confirm it was a tia 3 days bed rest cleared blood clots with a med. Called TMP the nurses called it clot buster. 21 days on plavix and daily 81 mg aspirin. Blood pressure is good but a little on the low side. Video was really good
@IncrediblyHealthy
@IncrediblyHealthy 5 месяцев назад
Wow, that must have been a scary experience! I'm so glad you went to the ER and got the care you needed. A TIA is definitely a major wake-up call. It's great that the meds were able to clear the clots and that your blood pressure is looking good now. Sounds like you were in good hands with the doctors and nurses. Taking daily aspirin is smart for preventing future clots. Just keep an eye on that low blood pressure - maybe mention it to your doc next time you're in. Thanks for sharing your story! It really drives home how important it is to take symptoms seriously and get checked out. Your experience could help someone else facing a similar situation. Wishing you continued good health moving forward! Keep taking great care of yourself.

I spent my time in therapy. I can’t lift anything heavy with my left hand and walking with left foot was limping. So, I have 7 years left to retire if, I survive. 2024 is bad for me!

Last year I had gotten I’ll all at once I was seating down and all at once my head I felt like my brain exploded this is the only way I can describe what happened. I yelled at my daughter telling her that something happened to my head. So wen I raised up I couldn’t hardly stand and I could not walk either. I was in the hospital for a week and I was told no stroke but something more serious and nothing can repair it. I have a blood vessel at the base of my neck to the head and this is a vessel that supplies blood to my brain. This vessel has 3 kinks in it and I can not look up and every time I do my speech slurs along with a migraine it cuts the blood flow and I could die if the blood is cut off to long. Also when I was 28 I also had a TIA mini stroke. I do have uncontrollable high B/P I take meds but not all the time it works.

@johnkelly9451
@johnkelly9451 5 месяцев назад
My condolences on the loss of your brother and family. Artery disease and heart disease runs in our family and we have lost loved ones, it's a terrible thing. My father fell and his blood pressure was instantly high after the fall, we have a really good chiropractor that adjusted his neck and his blood pressure was reduced after the visit. Also look into taking vitamin D3 with Vitamin K2. To take excess calcium to your bones instead of plaque in arteries. There are foods that contain both vitamins too if you'd rather that route. Unless anyone is on Coumlaudin (the blood thinner) they cannot take vit K2 and must avoid in their diet. My neighbor 20 years ago had an angioplast and takes 400 mg of tumeric with pepper in it. He said he is off all his meds except for a low dose cholesterol pill and says he feels like when he was 18, he's been retired for awhile now. It's nature made or something like that the brand from the drug store. Doc says taks it 4 hours before or after a blood pressure or heart pill because it can thin the blood and reduce blood pressure so just don't take it the same time as meds... I've heard good things about diet and foods too heal yourself too. Of course exercise and sleep, hydrating to but not too much to deplete essential electrolytes vital for heart to work properly. Some claim magnesium is vital too. Can google for which type to take or google foods rich in magnesium. Always talk to your doctor if the above is okay with them. Prayers and healing to all.

So I presumed that I have had a hemorrhagic strokes- because I was with an unbelievable pain in my head and then my chest was feel like being squeeze. I was told that I have 2 aneurism in my head- 1 ruptured and the other one they performed a coiling procedures. I have a weak right hand up to my legs and mending at the moment. Although I am worried as I feel sometimes pain and weakness too on my right arm. Do I have to ask the doctor for further examination as it makes me restless and worried everyday. Again many thanks

@IncrediblyHealthy

Great point! A brain CT scan can help detect bleeding in the brain or damage to brain cells caused by a stroke. On the other hand, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) uses magnets and radio waves to produce images of your brain. An MRI might be used instead of, or alongside, a CT scan to diagnose a stroke.

It took 2 and a half minutes of repeating the same thing over and over to get to the first symptom.

A guide at the bottom of the description show time-line for each warning sign. Just fast forward to them. Don't let 2½ minutes raise your BP. ✌️

I'm deeply sorry to hear you have been experiencing frightening stroke-like symptoms, including losing your speech. Being hospitalized multiple times without clear answers would be exhausting and disheartening. Hope you are able to get to the root cause soon and find some relief. Please keep advocating for yourself and seeking second opinions if current doctors seem perplexed. There are many complex medical mysteries, but solutions may still come. Sending you empathy and encouragement, don't lose hope. Take care!

@user-gc5fk2ld1e look up Dr Joe dispenza ❤🙏 he has and continues to make monumental break thoughs in health conditions being completely cured and/or improve significantly. It's not an overnight task and takes consistency, effort, and belief. It's worth a shot you're both in my prayers ❤

Thank you for all the replies and concerns. Before COVID, I was in great shape, but now my best friend is my wheelchair because I have no strength to walk. I have started training in a pool to learn to stand and walk again. I am a warrior; I never give up. My goal is to put on my running shoes again. I have served as a UN soldier in Lebanon and as a NATO soldier in Bosnia, so I am proud to be a veteran.
