I’ve been doing so much research on deficits and hitting macros and how you described it makes so much sense 😭 thank you for your insight! Very helpful 😊
Love watching you Olivia, you have such great recommendations and logical info. Can’t wait to get going again, soon, to get back to working out. My body misses it. I’ll be 69 this month but haven’t worked out since spring. I’ve gained 7 pounds of the 50 I’ve lost. May not sound too bad but it’s scary to think that I have to buckle down. Thanks for your encouraging words.
Hey Olivia! Great video, very interesting, but i was wondering how do you manage after implementing a calorie deficit? Are you still counting the calories like forever?
I should only eat 1500kcal (I´m short) to be in a deficit, but my body is not used to that, so often I get sugar craving before sleep. Any tips please? This is really frustrating. Thank you!
I'm on it too. 1046 calories is no fun. I don't think is right either. I'm concentrating on what I eat v how much ( very clean, loads of protein, good fats and fibrous carbs) no hungry but I'm sure I go over the 1046 and I still loose very slowly....
First of all try to get to know your body composition. Based on your daily activity and BMI calculate, how much you should eat to remain in slight max 300 kcal deficit and stay consistent. To avoid cravings make sure you eat enough protein.
Hi Olivia. Thank you for these guidelines. No. 7 is definitely my weakness. One step at a time is what I need for sure. Stay blessed dear and have a blessed week ahead❤
Hi Olivia , tbh for me is a bit hard to understand how many calories I have to hit in a deficit, it seems easy but for some reason idk how to calculate it
@@milamila5621from what I’ve picked up from Adam Wright Fitness, track all your calories all week long. Find the average amount of then figure out how to swap some things out and just start cutting out small amounts. 100 or 200. You don’t want to go hungry but you do want to find out what your maintenance is. Dont go all at once.
So complicated just reduce your portion size by being intentional with all your meals. If u normally have two toast cut it down to 1. One scoop of I’ve cream from 2 etc. you will see the difference .
