The great stoic philosopher, Seneca, had once described a foolish person as “The fool, with all his other faults, has this also-he is always getting ready to live.” Stoicism is an ancient and timeless philosophy, and among many other things, it talks about human behaviors. While Stoics put a lot of emphasis on certain virtues, they also think that there are some things which we need to avoid, and Stoics think that only fools would do something like that.
