Question, I have a baby chick I brought inside due to failure to thrive, I fed her egg yolk & she seemed to perk up but today I was checking her out and I noticed a lump on her chest , could it be her crow ? And will it go away? What do I need to do to help her ?!? I’ve never seen this before

Crop. Not crow. It could b food build up, she may not b able to process her food well. She needs water & chick food
