I havnt been stressed, fairly isolated( no work ) but going to the grocery store I could feel the fear & anxiety. We have been built to overcome that fear, by what we have gone through in life. Still here, BC we have a purpose. Just need to find out what that is, Pray to God for guidance. NO FEAR BRO! It eats away at u. The reward of fulfilling ur purpose is a better feeling than can be imagined. Prayers for u 🙏❤🇬🇧

We should avoid negative people and those who gossip about others during spiritual awakening. Avoid materialistic people and help poor and needy people. Stay closer to nature and believe in the super power which is running our life.

@@richasaxena6636 I use the 10% rule. If I hear people talking negative I realize that they have internal issues that they need help with. What I recommend is you getting strong in your faith in yourself before you try to help other people but do not avoid them because they need help also and that's what we're here for. Remember that everybody you come in contact with links you to that person because you are one, you just have to stay mentally strong and knowing what the cause is and the reward. It's only going to help you. If we were to ignore people that are in a bad mood or that gossip then we would already be ascended. we stay because we need to help make the conscience a collective again. I mean no ill intention whatsoever with, this I just don't want you to block your blessing. I'm here if you would like to talk because I know how exciting it is when you first start remembering Who You Are and it is very healthy for you to talk about it because when you talk about it you also learn and you'll be thinking how did I know that, you always knew it you just forgot you knew. But either way I'm here I'm offering my 10% and more if you'd like. It's your choice.

Couple of years ago i was on my awakening journey and i tried to open the eyes and the minds of the people around me but the sad thing is that everyone thought i was crazy so i ended up in a mental institution for couple of months.I was on several drugs and medications and still i drink 1 medication to this day.It has numbed me, i felt like a zombie, felt i was worthless, stupid.Gained weight, had no desire for anything.And just recently i started feeling happy again, like i am on the journey again.So be careful what you do, they don't want you to experience this,to know about this, they want you to be a sheep, work like a slave and never question anything.One love

Thank you for this! This was perfectly timed, I’m going through a spiritual awakening right now and the physical symptoms have got me 😵 And the bit about emotions and being in the present is so true. I’m doing shadow work in order to move on from the past and accepting myself for who I am. I think the 444 portal and this whole quarantine situation triggered a lot of my psychic skills, I’m a lightworker and an empath so all of this is really intense. Having an open mind and non judgmental heart opened the entire Universe up to me! I was raised in a very religious household, only I was more spiritual than religious! I was fearless growing up, until I adopted others afflictions. I was always so open minded I was a people pleaser to the point of my own expense. I never knew that I would be awakened the way I was... I was called! Just knowing a portion of my capabilities has raised my vibration so high I am completely humbled practically every moment of the day, and fascinated by everything that I come in contact with. I am so grateful I am not alone because these blessings are too pure to hold onto myself 😇

I can't believe its being a year now. My awakening started last year. It was like hell broke loose upon me. I prayed to just die. Never thought i could make it through to the next day. I love your video, I have been getting up early every morning before the rising of the sun, have my shower, pray to the Sun then go to my alter, pray and do meditation. My life is very peaceful and lead me towards the right direction.

I am 1 year and 3 months in fully. Dipped and dabbed since 2008 when I owned my yoga studio. I find myself lovely as I have had to cut off the cord too many. Whatever does not serve me and my highest good had to be released. In my daily gratitude journal, I ask for an abundance of like minded friends and grateful for the handful that I have kept in my circle and came across along my journey. With quarantine, social interaction came to an immediate halt last March I find myself alone 99.99% of the time. Rotate my small circle in meeting for brunches & lunches weather permitting as I live in NYC and it’s hard this time of year for outdoor dining. Thank you for this video. Definitely on point I had starting having headaches/migraines out of nowhere and it wouldn’t let up until I got back In aligned with spirit. Honestly I was confused most of the time instead of trying to figure out what was causing the pain.

After battling migraines for 5 years, I'm done with pharma. I now know it is more 'spiritual' with the migraines as the Energy(Spirit) is shifting things which affects a person even physically....I hope I align 🙏

I was called crazy a few days ago because of my sudden change. When she said those words something amazing happened, absolutely nothing . No reaction no trigger. A few months ago I would have dwelled on it and cried. I truly have changed and it feels amazing

I too started my dark night in 2012. My awakening started to dec 2016. I had a spontaneous kundalini on oct 29,2017. That was when I was fully awakened and I was changed forever. God bless you and your journey

Bless your heart. I started questioning things around 2009 and my journey has been one decade of the dark night. I'm better now though the pain I have silently suffered since I'm surrounded by religious people (Christians mostly), it's not been easy relating since that's my religious background... I've had soooo many perplexing questions and I'm still finding the answers.

Im doing that with my family and friends cutting them off avoiding them I feel there is no history , uncomfortable around some people that I know I know I love my mother for example. But I can't , im not comfortable around her any more. Its sad cause she is old and probably won't be around much longer. it saddens me that this has has changed some of my close relationships.Im happy to kno that I am not alone. i have struggled with identity my whole abd often thought there was noone to talk. im 51 yrs old that's a long time to be alone.I been married numerous times but still I was alone. Not now thank God.
