I have 15 years into a well paying career yet I've been into art my whole life, I've tattooed on the side for years and have always dreamed of owning my own studio. I've yet to pull the trigger but your perspective is much appreciated!
Great video. The time dedication required is a big factor I have been thinking over on whether I want to turn my hobby into a career. Even before I picked up a tattoo gun, art was always a massive demand for focus and time. To get good, you have to be relentless with it. It's hard when you have a family to find the time.

I've always had an intrest in art I'm 43 and been drawing and painting since I was 9 years old I taught myself to play guitar 15 years ago and now I teach it. I've been thinking for long time to be a tattoo artist and a few months ago I brought 3 coils machines and 1 roatary machine and lots of fake skins and I've been using fruit as well I'm gonna keep watching your videos thank you for this video.all the best from England United Kingdom.

@@sebastyannaga237 I guess it's because it's 1. people around you doing better art work or the tattooists are competing so jealousy. partners may become jealous because of working so closely with clients. People want to be your best friend because you're a tattooist so they wanna use you.. welcome to earth.
But that's just stupid.. There are many professions, that are based on contact with other beople. In the end, whatever the job, it all comes down to trust. Also, some people are just very sensitive, and overreact.. I get it, he will be touching other woman, but that's he's work. Like come on, do you think gynecologysts are turned on by their patients?
