I wouldn't use Ibuprofen around time of ovulation. If you used it in past cycle or several days prior, that should not have an impact. Vegetarian diet is ok. Make sure you're taking a prenatal vitamin.

For vegetarian diet, it's good to add L-arginine supplementation. A link for this is above via amazon.

Depends if your taking prenatal vitamin with DHA. You can take either 500-1000mg of DHA with your prenatal or 500-1000mg of Omega-3.
