Just got my first tattoo. going back to another video u posted about the pain, there really wasn't much pain. that stopped me me from getting one for years. Afterwards it only feels like a sunburn. Thank you for these videos.
Body scrubbing is something I need to do more for real. But just a word, I learned recently that most of these tattoo moisturisers/balms are developed by people that don't actually work in the industry. They're capitalising on people's ignorance, the products are extremely expensive. The ingredients they use can be found in most good moisturisers . Any moisturiser that is kind to skin and fragrance-free will suffice.
Bad rabbit is made by actual artist, and is very good. All of my tattoos healed good from there soothing gel & there sunscreen/lotion also is amazing. There the only company I buy from when getting tattoos now, the soothing gel just works for me I won’t even have tattoos peel at all with that
I got two sleeves that I’ve gotten over the years but what I suggest for aftercare right after you get a tattoo is using regular lubriderm twice a day for three days and then regular aveeno twice a day until it’s heals AND then use the moisturizer he talks about
I actually save my evolve tattoo balm mainly because I’ll mainly wear a lot of long sleeve shirts and when I wear a short sleeve I put my Mad Rabbit lotion on in the evenings and nights after a shower and then at work I put the tattoo balm on my colored tattoos 🤘🤘
Recently someone told me that colored tattoos can cause a disease! What disease could it cause? I really wanna educate myself the best I can before I get my first tattoos! Some forms of cancer runs in my family, but I don't think skin cancer runs in our family so that's nice! I have a few colored ideas! Aquaphor for 4 days then use lubriderm for a few weeks (when the tattoo seems dry, dont over moisturize.) Once its healed, usually anywhere from 3-4 weeks use the balm. Some artists may have different aftercare but this is the norm.
would highly recommend Neutrogena Ultra Sheer SPF 70 sunscreen i have the body spray version which i think is the best but you can get the rub in cream if the spray isnt available
I will moisturize using evolving bum once in the morning, and then once after my shower (I typically shower at night) lol for cleaning my tattoos I just do that while I’m in the shower
This was actually something I thought of a few days ago! Nair should be a great product to use to remove the body hair! Of course when the tattoo is done healing lol
