Your just more likely to watch a close nfl game vs a close college game because of the amount of games played. Also in the nfl you don't see top teams destroyed lesser teams every week.

College football every day is something new and unexpected. You have teams that replace players every year because they don’t stay for 10+ years they go for 4 and graduate to either big league or focus on real life jobs which result good or bad seasons base on new recruits coming in. You clearly never pay attention to CFB because if you did you would know almost majority of college football have weaker teams upset bigger schools with impossible odds.

I refer you to the 2009 Humanitarian Bowl between Idaho and Bowling Green. BGSU scores to go up 42-35, Idaho gets a TD with 4 seconds left and goes for 2, gets it. There's also the Boise State-Oklahoma Fiesta Bowl where the Broncos won it with a 2 point conversion in OT, a Statue of Liberty to Ian Johnson.

I was at the UCLA/Utah game last weekend and I'll admit I was a bit nervous because Utah only had one loss at the time & they've been playing great. It was a close game at first, but UCLA eventually pulled away to remain undefeated. I saw that Utah was playing USC the following week (today) and said to my friends, "Utah's gonna beat SC." I know they left California with a bad taste in their mouths and were gonna get their revenge against USC, especially playing on their home field. A big thank you to the UTES for knocking out USC! 😄👍👏👏👏

You are going to have so many videos from this game. I felt like my Utes had some breaks in this game. Few times USC got robbed, and they have every right to complain they got robbed. But hey, if you are given gifts, you have to take advantage. Also, whenever anyone complains about their conference refs, just thank the lord you don’t get Pac-12 refs. They are without question, the worst. I am going to hear no arguments about this.

Way I see it, Utah definitely got some gifts. But USC got away with some quite noticeable holds. The Refs were just awful all night. One of the worst officiated games I've ever seen, regardless.

To be fair, I wouldn't exactly say him or the offense were the reason they lost. Caleb went 25/42 for 381 yards, 5 TD's, 0 INT's, and 8 rushes for 57 yards. USC had 556 yards of offense. The defense didn't play well this game and it cost them.

Oh, and how come all the USC fans whining about the refs weren’t upset they didn’t call unnecessary roughness on the blatant frustration late hit out of bounds at the end of the PI play at the end? Reffing was bad all night both ways, USC’s O-line was extending plays by holding all night long and they weren’t flagged for it once.

How were they able to reset the clock from 8 seconds to 13 seconds on that DPI penalty? They don’t do it any other time, at least not that I am aware of.

@@ord4r857 I shouldn't even need to explain this but here we go! Utah had a worse record (4-2 while USC was 6-0) and worse ranking(#20 while USC was #7). Is that not considered a upset? Regardless of what Vegas thought common sense says Utah was the underdog. Nice try buddy 😁

On that PI towards the end of the game, how did they add 5 seconds? Play isn't over until the return went out of bounds. Play doesn't stop just because there is a penalty. Is there a rule I am unaware of?

USC's coach is pretty bad with time management.... once Utah got 1st and goal he should of started using his time outs to preserve time for USC to have a chance to score. I'm glad he just let it run and let Utah win tho :D

They not only called PI on Utah, on that same play they ignored a blatantly obvious unnecessary roughness/late hit out of bounds on SC at the of the play and then awarded USC a TO and 6 extra seconds in the middle of the play. They literally made up a rule to try to help SC get into FG range. C’mon SC fans, you benefitted from missed/bad calls all night long as much as Utah. Just stop with the whining already.

Not arguing for either side since I couldn't watch the game, but saying the refs were bad doesn't mean they don't get any calls right during the game. They can be bad, but I've never seen officiating THAT bad lol

Usc could've won this game if the defense just gave the touchdown so their would've been more time on the clock for the offense. I remember Doug flutie said in a college game against miami back in the 80s he told his coach "let the other team score since we gonna do right back to them anyways"
