I personally take around 50 gms of fiber, drink 6-8 Litres of water a day, take only but two very huge meals (1000 calorie roughly each), on a high protein diet (140-170 gms protein a day) and my digestive system is very fine.

Stress is the main factor jo mujhe seekhne me salo lag gai. Socho mat itna he digest ho rha h ya nhi.. Trust me sochna band kro..sab shi ho jaiga.per aise bhi nhi ke loose motion ho rhe ho aur tum bas socho apne aap shi ho jaiy...but minor probelms apne aap shi ho jate h agar chinta nhi karoge toh..body is very smart, the thing is hum body nhi ban rhe body nhi ban rhe soch soch ke paresham hoke digestion ke lawde laga dete h.

Nice video but bro empty stomach rehna bhi week mh ek baar boht zada imp. h apki body unnecessary fats and cancer cells ko khtm krey usky liye colon clean krna month mh ek baar by just drinking water is really very necessary for our well being... Meal k saath Pani ko curd seh swap krey water with meals lead to indigestion... Fruits khaali pet khayein aur do se zada variety add na krein... Fruits paani aur khaaney meh 1 hour ka difference... Avoid mix fruit juice... Dal soak krley bina pressure cooker k bnayein... Aur short breathing bhi avoid krey humesha deep slow breathwork ko practice krein...

You cant build muscle without eating at least one animal protein. Linoleic acid. Leusine. Aspartic acid. Glutamate. Methionine. These are the amino acids that are VERY important to build muscle and are obtained from chicken mutton and beef. If you aren't eating meat. Whey protein is your only option. Btw why exclude animals from diet?? Is it religious or you vegan?
