No cap…. I know when I was young and scrawny, I could workout with a bro and he’s like the warm up is a 2 mile run, 3 sets of 5 different moves…. I’m like nope, that’s a whole workout

I like the comment about men's shirts. Here I am wearing under armor heatgear fitted short sleeve. They are perfect for showing off your arms and conditioning. I'd like some other brands though but finding "fitted" isn't easy. Most shirts like the under armor aren't fitted. Good video.
Workout 2-3 days before the day you are planning on looking bigger. Your glycogen will have replenished(w his carb tip) and you’ll typically have recovered/adapted by then.
When looking for a t shirt look for "Cap Sleeves". That's what the mid bi sleeves are called. They will reveal more of your bi's and are more flattering.
All great tips! Some may say and think this might not apply to younger folks in their teens and twenties, however; it is still great to see, hear, and learn for the future. As much as I love doing more in my training routines when I can, however; safety is my number 1 concern, even if I have to do less. Thank you guys so much! 👍☝️🤘🦵💪
Lovin the training tips. Just be careful y'all if any nasties in the chemicals you're putting on yo skin. Always Research the ingredients on the back. As an alternative, a non toxic oil spread over the body with an essential oil aroma like rosemary or lavander. ty 4 vid

I'm over 50 and greatly appreciate this video. Just one question. How often should a person over 50 train per week to ensure max muscle growth without overtraining? Any light you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
my pumps never last more than 5 minutes, why is that? I get a good pump and I keep working it and by the time I've gotten done with my next set on another muscle group, that pump is gone
Great vid but I wish we wouldn’t confuse slang terms so much. Jacked means big. You mean ripped. Being smaller and having more definition is what you call someone who is ripped. Being jacked means your muscles are massive and you look like you’re on steroids (even though you might not be 😂) ie the term Jacked up on something.
Unless you're over 40 & 50, you cannot understand how much your body changes. While this video appears to be for any age, the techniques in this video are very useful for an old man like me with a lot of chronic injuries.
@K9Justice I keep hearing that..is it not a slow decline? Everyone says that all of a sudden you just get old..I thought this applied for people who don't do fitness....I thought that eating right and doing fitness I will just slowly age?
