I lived in Chietti Abruzzo for 3 years. Min 55:40 That is not for mashing grapes as you people said before. That is for extracting olive oil. In the garage, as soon as you showed us the 'Lamborghini', the olive sacks were spreaded on the flor, just below the tractor. You fill those sacks with olives, you put the sacks with olives in layers one over the other, then you twist the handle and you get the olive juice and the oil stays on top of that liquid. Ask Sergio, he may want to replace those old sacks and buy new ones. He will realise is an olive machine. A lot of work for good results. Maybe the Chapel could be reconsecrated ? You could test the energy of the ground the Chapel is built on, in ancient times holy places were chosen for their positive energy.

Very interesting. The history of this house is very old. To find out more about it will be ongoing research. Especially the chapel. My fraternal grandfather was from Abruzzo. I don't know much about him or where in Abruzzo. The family name is Marino. Your work and attention to detail is important. The house will speak to you as you continue your research. Merry Christmas. I hope they told you before making the purchase otherwise it could be a fraud to your detriment and perhaps you could receive compensation from the previous owners or even cancel the contract. But in this case you should contact a lawyer.
