Video idea. I've seen this around but here's my version of it. Each person gets $40-$50 and go to home depot. You all roshambo to determine what order to go in. So you go in one by one and buy an object you expect you can skate. When you come out the next person goes in and cannot purchase the same item. P.S. NO PLYWOOD

When I was working at a grocery store changing out a trash bag, I got my wrist sliced open by some broken glass someone carelessly threw in there. Got me six stitches and a whole lot of lost blood. Think about what you're doing.

Why not make them out of valve sprints with a .650 lift rating. Seat pressure at installed height 1.865 is 184 pounds. And a coil bind of 440.

You should polish to a mirror finish, that whole bottom of the metal board and epoxy it to the bottom of a regular skateboard. Put really fat rubbery wheels on it, to use the bounce of the wheels in launching the board, so the stomp down becomes more important. Rim the whole outer edge with a very durable rubber so the blade of the metal isn't an edge in play in a shin smash. That'd be a dope mirrored board. Then you can start a Braille DIY Custom Skate Series.

You should try doing a fly paper grip tape, I think you should use the screws for the trucks through the fly paper to make sure it stays on better. It will probably rip eventually but would be interesting to see how it works and if you catch a lot of flies in the process.

A suggestion could be to build a good base metal board that has a mirror on it and is covered in a reson material. That would create a good structure and still make the mirror visible.

I bet if you put a piece of wood on the bottom of that, it would probably make a pretty cool-looking board. Of course it's going to be slick, but you could even polish the top to make it shine. It would definitely look unique, even if you just stuck it on the wall somewhere. Get some metal polish and polish the top up with a buffer, or even by hand.

screw and glue a deck to the metal parts to a real board, Revisit it with a deck on top and it would be interesting to see if it slides

skate a 2 decker board. 2 boards on top of each other with a whole bunch of risers between them.

Take a penny board, put some longboard trucks (or the widest trucks you can find) and the scooter wheels, there you have it XD.

No more glass! Even after you sweep it up, there are small shards that other people can get cut on. I had a glass splinter in my hand for 2 months. Very annoying.
