Epic! I wish the print was better on this flick, some of those cars were amazing. The Charger was (sadly) a '70 R/T, K5 Burnt Orange in and out, mandatory 440 or Hemi, most likely a 440 in this example. An aspirational muscle car in anyone's collection now, an $850 iron lot special back in '77.
I cant believe you posted this. I saw this movie when I was kid and loved the chase scene with the camaro but could never remember the name of the movie. Thanks for putting this up, Im gonna try and find the whole movie now lol. Love the channel...probably the best one on youtube.
I thought I knew just about every 70s car flick but I have never heard of Polk County Pot Plane before. Me and my brothers lived at Drive Ins in the 70s and car flicks were our favorites.
This movie brought back memories... of the time I left the hood pins in my pocket and the hood flew up when I hit 2nd gear. I made a full 1/4 mile pass like that just because!
Just think what those cars would be worth now. I think I'd rather have the wrecked Camaro than the shiny new Maverick . Nothing against Mavericks not even my butt in the seat. Nothing against Mavericks. Okay the grabbers pretty cool
Great crashing here! Not the best idea to leave the car door open when you're parked on the side of the road! When the hood is damaged and can't be closed properly, one could at least rip it off the car. Sure the engine is gonna be louder, but at least there's no loose hood that will open up while you're driving, obscuring your vision!
