In our PSU company, we got a Chairman cum Managing Director who ordered office to be shut down after 5 PM and anyone working after that could be called for explanation. His theory was, come 15minutes before 9 AM. Organise your work for the day and start work at 9. Work smart and finish by 4.45. Take 15 min to wind up and plan next days work. Leave at 5 PM. Great man.

I work for the government in a department related to sciences. And today (the day of uploading of this video), i got a message at 8:30 p.m. on the office whatsapp group from my boss that there will be a meeting tomorrow and for that a ppt has to be prepared. Me, being your old follower had put this group on archive and have enough backbone to say no to this, but case is not the same for my colleagues as they were the ones who reminded me that so and so has to be done. Again being astute, following your advice, i told them that we can discuss this in the morning at 7 a.m. and i have to sleep early and have health issues.

Boss you well mentioned you work for the goverment but in Mnc,s or other pvt company you cannot open you mouth or discuss delay mentioning health issues or some other pretext as once the mail or text received you have to take the action immediately or be ready ........ next day ,annual increment and much more.

I used to work in a prominent MNC and some of our foreign counterparts in their own countries used to be on 2 weeks vacation every alternate month going on some extended trekking, camping etc.

My per hour was less than 100 rs in India few years before. Now in UK, here work count in hours , even if you are CEO of company here your paid in hours. Do 40 hours and have a good life.

True sir... Being IT employee many times I felt it... Company also give half salary and half working hours... It will help working moms like me ..... If it gets implemented couple will think of two kids and happy life ... We will have fixed salary even though it is less
