Such a practical advice. I enjoyed the part where we in India have a mentality of hoarding and not disposing unwanted stuff. I laughed my guts out. Shared with my husband and many. . Thanks ❣ 😊

Nicely explained as a family member... Really it's difficult to come out from the old habits but If we wish to live in a good place we have to consider the facts. Appreciate the way it's explained 💯 👌

Very logical stuff, Sir i m in a situation like my offc & my kid’s school is near my house, but the societie’s environment is very bad, no parks no grounds for children and low mentality peoples, but if i think to buy new property it goes far away around 20 km away from offc & school. I also think that i have one fund only either to invest in property or keep handy for kids’s education (2nd std right now), pls suggest.
Thank you so much sir for clearing my mind.. since so many days I was thinking that I should have a bigger house and never thought about maintenance charges and you have explained it so well that in 50s my social circle will reduce and my income will be very limited that time
