I have depression, anxiety now... and unable to do anything,.. it's like being crippled. My brain ruminate on my mistakes,.. knowing that thus all could have been prevented. I've called 988, and talking with psychologist,.. but,.. it's not helping. I just want my life back,.. but knowing it's impossible... just flattens me. 🙏🫶
