When my oldest kid was young he had insomnia. My 13 year old also has insomnia sometimes he don't go to bed till 2 or 3am and has to get up at 6 to go to school

I don’t have a “bedtime” it just depends when my mind settles down. I find between 1-3 AM I’m by far the most creative and productive so I don’t limit myself by a bedtime. I haven’t purposely gone to bed (with a few exceptions) before midnight in about 5 years. 1:30-2 AM is my usual bedtime if I have to get up early though.

Notice how at the first 10-14 years the bedtime is practically 7-10 highest and at the last years the bedtime also comes at 7-10.But at the mid ages the bedtime is always midnight🤔
