What's up my beautiful people!? Got to spend Memorial Day weekend training for the Western States 100 with their 3 day training camp! Was so awesome to cover 70 miles of the course with so many amazing runners. We're officially one week out from the race! Stay tuned for more!

I offered a girl salts because she had a severe cramp during my 50k a few weeks ago - she ended up cruising by and finishing before me, but I was able to help her out, and it was awesome.

Western states and Boston lately it’s been just a dream. The scenery is beautiful. Thanks for the video. I’ve always wondered how you can run these really long races and keep up a Running streak I’ve had friends are done running streaks nowhere near what you do but they keep every run right around 5-6 miles Well congratulations. Good luck on the race. You’re gonna knock it out. I pray you have a great day.

I found that I cannot look up during uphills because it is such a mental block when I see how steep it is. I’ve found when I put my head down and just focus on the steps in front of me I am able to cruise up without that feeling of discouragement.

Curious 🧐. . . . . . Once you have been in the water with your shoes on, do you continue with the wet squidgy shoes the rest of the run? Or do you have fresh shoes to change in to at the check points?

@@tedddybear im from south east asia and i simply view it as another guy (well he is Hellahgood not just another guy) out on the trails, like not defined by anything by the color of his skin or whatever, just simply out there and thats that, i find it weird to be celebrating someone on the trails based on ur skin color. please do correct me if im wrong or im probably ignorant. I think its worth celebrating that hes out on the trails and not because hes a person of color.

Your running vest is either too small or not tightened enough. This type of bouncing might be an issue after a while.
