If there is 23 gm protein in 35 gm of scoop then what is rest Material of 12 gm, actually these youtubers are promoting supplements just to make money that is it. Normal home food is way cheaper and healthy if you are not doing anything competitive Bodybuilding, go with Natural food

@@showan3339 It's so confusing tbh.. I appreciate the work this RU-vidr has done, but it's not simple yet.. You cannot compare medicines and supplements, or supplements and vegetables... Supplements become a part of people's lives, while mostly medicines have a course... Vegetables and fruits are treated with chemicals, but the ones on the skin can be gotten rid of, and you cannot leave fruits and vegetables (food) unlike supplements.... Then the price criteria, there are protein supplements which are expensive but they have considerable amount of sugar, or their amino acid profile is not clear, the quality of protein is not clear... For now, the fact that almost all trusted nutritionists agree that protein supplements are not a necessity, I will work on my daily diet for now . i am aware that my current diet itself is deficient.. might as well work on that..

@@vishalaggarwal3569 I take sprouts,soya chunks and boiled chana/Chhole but to build muscles you need Carb also to look like a bouncer in clothes, have boiled rice (Daal Chawal) post Workout and see the pump. Eat anything at home, supplement is necessary when yu don't have proper meal available at home or you are doing competitive Bodybuilding that's it
I am suffering from Stomach Issues from last 8 years . I can't digest food properly. Due to this problem i am feel lethargic everytime and loss of body weight. The problem is also at the end of the consumer.... There is a huge chunk of consumer market who have grown up in this freebies / giveaway culture . Alot of times they don't understand that good things don't come cheap 99% of the times . i am new viewer and new subscriber. i just watched your video about mustard oil before this video. i am 21 years old living in delhi from uttrakhand. you just opened my eyes. my family are used to for refined oils very much. but u also need to understand some low standard brands also priced up there products compared to well known brand bcz they will make good margin.. how can we filter those brands.. some brand play with volume of sales (in this case they lower the price) some play margin no matter if the sales is comparatively low
