I'd like to find a decent 60s dodge truck either style would work and just slowly tear it down to nothing and just bolt by bolt build it into a brand new truck lifted and just clean maybe a commonrail under the hood though haha for the power upgrade haha. I find it Easier for me to remove the fuel line off the pump when I’m installing it or taking it off they are a pain, Awesome work you are do we will miss seeing you. In Utah
I got one of those. 1990 gen 1. Mines a lil cleaner. All org one spot of rust on bed and one on body. Frame 100. Need a stock 4x4 front end if you know where one is. Mine 2wd and looking for factory swap parts
Its crazy the stuff that's out of stock these days isn't it haha and fastenal is really good for supplies thats who I use, if they don't have it they will get it
Looking pretty legit. Coming along nicely. You wouldn't happen to have a T6 96mm 1.0 or 1.15 housing would you? Just finished installing the compound kit on the 18 and I feel the atmospheric turbo is a little lazy. Will see if tuning will help first though.
On the valve covers gold would look awesome. I noticed you taped the intake after the work what about the oil filter mount? Anything goes in there goes right into the bearings. Protection is insurance! Thanks for the video.
Your future is coming together nicely. I know you mostly focus on HP, but I’m working on hp and economy. My most resent trip I got 25.2 mpg just before the grapevine. I was getting 23 and I added some 2 stroke oil to the straight diesel. I wondered if you add anything to your fuel? I’m running a “06” 5.9 30% over, 1ton, 4 wheel, single rear, max cab. I recently had to replace the flex plate and upgraded that and the did a triple disk converter. I’m on the slow path to adding hp. Moving to AZ , so a turbo and programmer is next. Josh, could you comment on the best way to get economy with power? P.S. Have you ever run Jet fuel? Thank You for any advice you can give!
