Hi, I'm Robson, I live in Brazil, I'm also a welder, I adore your job a lot, I'm a fan of yours, every day, God allows me to watch your videos. you guys are awesome.
Dude your video is awesome...u know how to narrate...i went to welding school in 2005...i was welding until the economy tanked...I went back to driving trucks, but i want to weld again...your videos got me hype

Nice work really enjoy watching these...im no pipe welder atm but i strive for this kind of perfection even at my crappy galvanized welding job which is prepping me for better things!! Cheers 🍻
Wow nice brotha! I appreciate all of this knowledge, the throat bend on the 90° pulling was good information! And your travel speed, plus the percentage on the remote, never knew what those numbers meant! Thank you 🙏🏼👨🏼🏭
Those were some very clean welds i am in school now for welding can't wait to start pipe welding next month when fall semester starts with i could Do some welding with u your videos are really great 👍 and I learn a lot . But I've been wanting to ask u how did I get into pipe welding did u join a union of did u go to Welding classes? Thanks
always been curious, why not 7018 tacks? we always 7018 tack around here, just small little ones, makes leveling your fit up really quick. Can move the fit up by hand rather than smacking it with a hammer 9 times. just grind the tacks thin and burn through usually
I’m about to start welding school in a couple weeks and I’m so eager to learn this craft. But the beginning of this video made me so nervous... got my work cut out for me.
As a know nothing about welding curious why your not able to stand the welded flange up vertically and weld horizontally around the pipe? I heard you say you follow protocol I’m guessing that has something to do with it?
I paid close attention to your welding rod... I’ve made that same weld many times but my rod tip is shaking like a rattle snakes tail! Especially on the start
thanks for sharing brother. i`m with you we can`t be picasso every fucking day. my motto, perfection is what we seek PFC is what we get. peace. take care. pete
Great video young man. I really like that welding rig and wish we had the weather over here to run rigs like that instead of vans due to rain. Great to see the Star & Strripes too! In the UK, some people will complain if you fly the Union Flag or Cross of St George from your house or vehicle. Stupid antifa types here in the UK too. Keep up the great tutorials please!
When I run 7018 I always have a little porosity. How can I alleviate this problem? Also wat is your tip on stop and restart because I have a problem of pulling off to fast and leaving a crater on my stops.
@@TheWeldProfessor thats fair, i havent got to try any pipe yet so i dont have experience with it at all. Ive done flat, horizontal, and vertical open root on 3/8x6. Maybe sometime soon though.
I've bought a 110v 75A welder and use only 3/32 7018. Result is nothing but embarrassment! I was thinking its the low amperage and thin electrodes. Now I know problem is somewhere else!
