You'll start digging some of the '90s grunge when you get into your '90s, that's assuming you didn't take the Pfizer product that's safe and effective 😂
Hi, I'm 65 born in 58 youngest of 7 children, raised on all of the 60's and 70's music ! That's really about all I listen to and will be until the day I die !!!
The reason why all these songs are so great is the fact that the musicians actually had training they went through school and I'm so thankful that you're bringing them back to me again so I don't have to go through all my CDs and albums I can just listen to them on your show thank you so much for bringing me back home
Actually it's because all of this music was made for vinyl. Since records had a very limited length, the bands had to choose their absolute best stuff to get heard. After this era, recording lengths got longer and music got worse. Now we have RU-vid. Anyone can make crappy music and put it out there. What is it they say? In the future, everyone has their 15 minutes of fame? That fame won't come from talent.
Thank you for capturing my youth so well! I was a teen in the 70s - and these were the songs of my life! Always on the radio - and for those who were able to save enough from our jobs at the gas station or grocery store or wherever - we were able to buy the occasional vinyl album! Such great times!
Heartfelt Thanks! So great to hear these songs as they recorded. No tempo change. No edits. Pure pleasure. You’re giving so much to so many. You must have a library that holds an entire room! Fantastic! Good Stuff. I look forward to listening to every episode.
I can't thank you enough for what you're doing, bringing back great memories that we lived back in the 70's, you are a true goddess of music, love to you !
In addition to providing sublime entertainment are you aware that you're performing a public health service? There are scientific studies showing that when you listen to music from your youth the measurable processes in your nervous system actually go back to performing at the level/s they would be when you were the age when you knew the music originally -- so all of us over-60-geezers (who are still teenagers at heart) are even improving our health by listening -- keep it up Z-Bear! ❤🧡💛💚💙💜
Aloha and Mahalo plenty for your kind comment! We believe regardless one's age this music provides a healing element; though if it can touch some of y'all deep down and give a little visceral time travel and health benefits, even mo' bettah! May we all stay young at heart! ❤️🎶💃🏽🤙🏼
Frampton was huge back then. We lived in Bay Area back in '77 when he did a huge stadium concert (Oakland Colliseum?) with a bunch of other bands called "Day on the Green". I believe some Frampton Comes Alive tracks were from those shows. At 12, I was a little too young to go! 🤨 Thanks, Z-Bear, for another trip down memory lane!
😂😂😂 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ I totally concur 💯 percent agreeably unequivocally...This is why your comment stands a breast from all the rest today... ("AMEN")!!! My friend..("AMEN")!!! Through the end... THE END.
I was born in Detroit 1965 one of the most important & best times for music. I didn’t have a lot in common with my dad except for his love of music. I’m so happy he exposed me to all different types of music. Favorite memory was hearing Dark Side of The Moon & Hotel California with head phones on. I passed his love of music to his grandson (my son) & till this day now that my sons 34 we still find time to listen to music!🥰🎶🎵
Old hippie in the middle of the Nevada desert with barely a signal, this takes me back the party days of my youth! Keep on rocking, baby, you're tearing it up 💋
Girl I almost broke into tears when you played both Journey songs together. Feeling that way & Anytime!! They belong together. I hate when others cut it off. I love love love this song❤❤Thank you
BRAVO, BRAVO !!!!!!! People who haven’t grown up in the 70s/ 80s don’t understand that the songs “Feeling and Any Time “ by Journey go together, like Laurel / Hardy you can’t have one without the other. Journey sang those two songs together in their concerts. Classic Rock stations don’t play them together anymore either, too much time. They don’t get it, they don’t understand the magic of the songs played together, they’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’ and it gone. Mahalo Mahalo Mahalo You Get it and I love listening to your song lists. Much Love from Costal So. Cal.
Hi Z_Bear missed checking in here been busy working and moving. Hope things are good with you and everyone else there. Enjoying the music as always. Have a good day!
Z-bear I'm in love with your groove. Just as I'm here enjoying the perfect playlist, you go and crank some steely Dan. You are the freaking best. And Kansas follows, ... All I can say is thank you!
I just found your channel and have been listening to it non-stop. I'm a teenager again, in High School and all the sounds, smells and memories are alive!! It is so awesome to see someone so young appreciating and sharing the music of the 70's, which in my opinion was the best music ever!! Thank you! 💞🎶🎤
Wooooohoooo! This just made my day!! Love it lady, KEEP ON AROCKIN'! Ive been binging all your sessions for the past few weeks since finding your channel. 😊
Z-Bear never fails to impress!! Great setlist including deep cuts, perfect sequencing, and a fun DJ to pull it all together!! Awesome, love it, keep 'em coming!
At 57, I remember listening to these songs on KJR am 950 in Seattle Wa then KTAC am 850 out of Tacoma WA and final to my Graduation day from Highschool in 1985 KNBQ fm 97.3 Tacoma WA.
Muy buena selección, gracias por hacer mejor nuestros momentos y recuerdos de una época no tan lejana de mí juventud, tengo 69 de edad ,pero 19 de corazón...
Amazing that I just found your channel. I have vintage 80's equipment and so far, all the albums you played. I used to play them, just as you are, hit after hit, mostly 70's but also 80's. I am 54 year old male, diagnosed with MS, 3 years ago. Lost my fine motor skills. Dropping the needle is not as easy as it used to be. If I play vinyl, will be the entire album. Also have everything on CD, can do that easier, but not the same. VH just came on now, Nice!! I also have seen most of who you played, Live. Thank you for your channel, it allows me to relive my glory vinyl jam days vicariously through you. You look good doing it. 😘
😂😂😂 ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ As we stand with the you stand, spinning our lives complete, so why compromise complexity when the leather runs smooth on the passenger seat THE END.
Great collection. I'm 66 years old. I was lucky to go to most of the singers/bands concerts when they came to town in their heyday. Most tickets were $10-15.

Brutal! I'm in a musical time machine! I love that you show the album covers too. Between my brother and I we had all these records. Love the crackle of the vinyl!
What'd ya do with all of your vinyls?? I ran into a guy that had a bunch of them, great albums too, they were in a old house falling in, he wouldn't sell them at first, and ended up just giving them to me!
