Indian people do eat beef Amy ,when making stock's,soups and casseroles in the UK we use Oxo stock cubes which are more crumbly and come in all different ones like beef flavour, chicken, vegetable,Asian and more x

i listen to channels like your's when I am cooking,baking and doing anything with food..when I am doing regular housework, i listen to folks cooking,gardening..doing meal prep..

I have been doing a similar idea with a menu and cooking all my main dishes and prep work for some other dishes in two days. I have found it helps me for the week keeping it simple and easy to make the rest of my dishes and I can just heat them up and we can have a meal ready in thirty minutes, yeah! Thanks for giving us these ideas I really appreciate it and many blessings!

Good morning Amy, One thing you can do to make potatoes or sweet potatoes cook faster in the microwave is poke it with some holes and then wrap it and saran wrap and then pull the surround wrap around and tie it so that it's tight and then put it in the microwave and it will cook so much faster

Great time saver Amy if you use Pillsbury crescent rolls you can leave them whole for larger hot dogs or cut them in half for the smaller sausages.and we sprinkle ours with everything bagel seasoning just wash them with egg!

Onion powder is real onions just dehydrated. Here in the UK we call that bacon streaky it would be used chopped up within a dish what we call back bacon it what we would want to see on our plates at breakfast. Have a look at dairy free butter/spread I use Vitalite as my daughter is totally dairy free, anything plant based is dairy free.

I had a good chuckle when u said it was 30° outside and it was cold!! Where I'm from, Alaska, it's still shorts and tee-shirt weather, in other words, we're weird!! We also joke that when it's sunny and 35°, that's sunbathing weather!! We're used to -20° for a couple of weeks, two times during the winter, usually end of Dec and again next the end of Feb. Here in Anchorage, it's up to 10° colder in the east side of town, so, if it's -20° in the west side of town, it'll be between -25°to -30° in the east side of town. Thank goodness it's only that cold for a total of 3 to 4 weeks each winter!! If u head east, about 365 miles from Anchorage, to Fairbanks, the coldest I've ever felt was -60°, now that's cold!! Anyway, just wanted to share our weather compared to urs!! I do understand that 30° is cold for u guys so I'm not throwing shade!! While I usually use the cans of "cream of something" soups, I'm going to try ur recipe for the cream of mushroom and chicken soups. We love mushrooms so I'll be adding more mushrooms so we can use it for mixing in something and also to have a warm bowl of soup!! Have u ever tried eating grilled cheese sandwiches dipped in cream of chicken soup? I know that having tomato soup is the usual suspect but it's an added WOW with the cream of chicken soup, creamy from the soup and cheese in the sandwiches!! YUM!! I hope ur family has the Happiest of Holidays, to u and urs from me and mine!!💖🌲💖

I get bacon just like that from Sam's Club except it cost a lot more and yes I cook it right on the sheets and most the time it's really nice and just like restaurant bacon but occasionally you get a bad batch even from there

Meatballs with pasta in a tomato, herb and garlic sauce topped with Parmesan cheese or ex mature cheddar is nice

I always giggle when you make curry, I think you usually make Asian based curries, try making Indian based ones they are beautiful, lots of garlic and ginger, chillies, tomatoes, onions, coconut cream, almonds etc. yum yum…. When I get my bacon at the discount store, I roll each layer with the parchment paper and put them in an extra large bag. Yes they roll out if thawed a bit and I bake it right on a cookie sheet with the paper. Just did 2 pans this week ahead for a breakfast. I have done this ahead for camping too. So nice to just warm the bacon up when ready to eat.

Hi Amy - where did you get so many glass containers of the same size? I can only find sets of different sizes. 😕 You can make curry out of anything you like!! Some Indians eat beef but not the majority. It is based on religious restriction. The Hindu majority don’t eat beef. Jains don’t eat beef either. I lived in South India where coconut milk curries are common. You like creamy so you might also like a Korma curry or the Indian curry that is called butter chicken. I do mine in the crockpot and I definitely adjust the spices to my taste. You’re right! Curry is a staple across Asia and yellow Thai curry is one of my favourites! “Curries” or stews are also common in East Africa and Ethiopian chicken curry (Doro Wat) is my favourite, of all the curries, ever. It takes more time to cook, though. Yay - welcome to the world of curry! Have a great weekend! 💖

I cannot have inflatables..I live on the 3rd floor in a tiny apartment..with a chihuahua and a Boston Terrier so, yeah..I enjoy seeing other people's. I would totally have a 7 foot inflatable menorah and nativity and snow people..and my dogs would destroy them in like 5 minutes flat..lol..o well, one day..I have my twins' 11th birthday today and THANKFULLY I made the stuffed shells ahead and so, one less thing to do today..Thank you for all you do!
