BLACKLACDTS - I have an 82 silverado c-10 6.2 2wd long box. My grandpa ordered it brand new with power locks, power windows, tilt steering, rear sliding window, and with cruise. Anyways it blew up in the later 80's with 50,000 miles. He put a 305 swap in it. The truck has a switch, that will switch the gears. It has lot of power, i think, for being a 305. I've drug 350's. I thought it was pretty rare too, cause I've never heard of anything like it till i seen your post. Nice video too!

i'll partially agree with you Aaron that dsaba711 is wrong, these trucks look great when they're lowered-especially when they're totally laid out (lays frame). but as for only putting larger rims on the late 4th gen trucks, how do you figure that only the last 2 years of 4th gen trucks look good with big hoops? any wheel (big OR small) can make OR break the look of any ride. personally....3rd gen trucks, laid out/body dropped & rollin' on 22's or 24's is top notch!
@wolf2hawk fuckk yeaa...like that you dont have to do the smog on it..cus thats the last year they didnt have to do it..but still 73s are dopee..i have a 84
my friends chevy pickup was pretty rare i thought. it was a early 80s shortbed with power everything but what i thought was rare was it had a 4 barrel 305 and 4.10 gears as sum type of towing package. i expected it to be a dog because of the 305 but it was not! it was suprisingly quick and would smack your head against the rear window. my dad owned a 77 chevy van with a 4 barrel 400 and this truck was just as quick. anybody know anything bout it?
0:08 whats that for a kind of car? and im looking for a suv kinda car but it have to 1988 max ... can someone tell me al suv's 1988 max? sorry for my english im from holland and im 16.. thankss
I see you found a pic of my truck, and for that first douchebag with no taste, he's just jealous that he cant afford anything bigger than a 15 in wheel. That's great if you want an old man pickup truck. Not all of them have to be restored classics. I get twenty times the compliments with my 20's then I ever did with the stock 15 with BFG's. These trucks look good no matter what. I want to keep restoring and customizing them. I have had six of them so far including 4X4's and Blazers.
