I'm a huge Bigfoot fan and I can truly say that through out the years that I've been behind the scenes at various shows back in the day he is definitely a cool guy.
Dennis Anderson still knows how to put on a show from the driver’s seat. He seems to be such a mentor to the sport and the community. Love the story of how the grave digger name came to be.
I rode along with him last year at the Dungeon. It was truly an amazing experience. If your a true diehard Dennis Anderson fan I highly recommend giving it a try.
back in 1987 at a tractor pull in Wakefield Virginia, Dennis showed up to do the halftime show. He was by himself with the Grave Digger. I was 12 years old, him and I swapped the transport tires to the show tires. I put on every lug nut and he was completely happy to let me do it. A very cool experience for sure.
I grew up watching these men race these trucks Dennis Anderson was my favorite in grave digger to see all these men in the same truck is amazing brought tears to my eyes there will never be another grave digger or a man with raw talent like Dennis
Dennis Anderson is truly the king of monster trucks, Bob Chandler might be credited with starting the craze. But nobody is a nicer person or a better driver than the man DENNIS ANDERSON!
I was there that day and it was truly amazing I went to Hagerstown speed way as a kid and remember watching Dennis Andersons last show. He did there and then him returning and doing something like this amazing hands down.
Thar was awesome n seeing Dennis Anderson drive monster truck is just pure amazement. It's like he belongs in a monster truck!! Thank you for the video Mikey !!!
I got to see Dennis in Philly during the 30th anniversary tour back in 2012, he was my hero as a kid and I’ll never forget watching him tear up Lincoln Financial Field!
AMAZING!!! Glad to see Dennis Anderson driving monster trucks again and i love his throttle rhythm! I just wish feld did not own his creation, but this was incredible no matter what truck he was driving!!!
@@harveylong5878 this is the first time I've heard of a lawsuit. What was that all about? I've only heard of "financial difficulties" prompting the sale. I also thought he retained partial ownership.
Reminds me of when I was a kid taking a ride in a school bus monster truck in the parking lot going in circles. I thought it was the greatest thing ever, lol.
My question would be "Who wouldn't want to do that?" That looked like a really good time, better than any amusement park ride for me at least. Especially riding with one of the best in Dennis Anderson. Can tell Bob was into that and had a blast.
Helleva show!! I need to thank you and your family again for putting this on and for bring so many smiles to so many peoples faces. Thanks for signing my book.
What a dream come true, I’ll never forget how in love with Dennis Anderson’s truck I was when I was a kid. Always pictured myself driving…even when I couldn’t see over the wheel. A ride with Dennis, I wish. Thanks for sharing such a great experience bro.
The Monster Jam family does such a great job at bring out the kid in someone no matter what the age. I went to my first show with the Cub Scouts and was instantly hooked. The drivers do such a great job at being there for their fans. I don't know of any event with that kind of fan appreciation. Thank you and all of the drivers and crew for the work that goes into those shows every night. PS - Say Hi to family and Dave!!
Hands down loved this video, brought back memories of riding in King Sling last year! Happy for everyone involved glad they had a great time! Can't wait to ride in it again Sept.15th!! 🤘🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️🤘
Dennis is huge hero of mine. Was a bigfoot fan as a little kid until I saw gravedigger run for the first time. His after run interview sealed it. 30 something years later I still am.
God Bless you, Mr. Butler. I must admit that I had a blast doing that deal with Dennis in May and I seriously need to edit and post my video as soon as I can. You seriously had the best seat in the house with Dennis, my man. Awesome video as always, Mikey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You guys put on an amazing show on Sunday. I'm especially happy my 4yo got to meet my two favorite drivers, your dad, and Mr.Anderson, and see him out on track!!
I was there at the event, and it was awesome to finally meet you and see you guys in action! Denis looked like he was having the time of his life getting to drive old friends around.
That was so cool, It shows how small the world is. Much respect to Dennis and Mike, to give Bob a amazing ride he will cherish that for ever. Mikey I'm glad you started V2 vids you show there still is family and love in monster trucks
its crazy to see dennis drive, even a first time watcher to monster trucks can tell the amount of skill he has, he throws the truck around so perfectly and clean he makes it seem so easy to move a 12,000 pound truck around, dennis is a true king in his own, and the throttle control he has, you can hear the rythm in it, god i wish i can become a monster truck driver,
Dennis was trying to hard to hold back haha. Couldn't have asked for a better driver for your last joy ride. Man I miss dennis. I never got a chance to see him in person because he never came to the pacific northwest. Only time he did was in Seattle when the kingdome was still a thing. I was like, 8 and too young to make that trip at the time.
Dennis Anderson back in the early 90’s with Grave Digger is what got me into Monster trucks back when they used to televise the events on ESPN. Made me a fan of his for life when I went to Monster Jam at the Citrus Bowl probably 20 plus years ago.
Mikey love ya man . I'm into RC EVERYTHING SPECIALLY RACING SIDE.And got into your show because of the LMT if not a bit longer. As a monster truck fan and motor head gear head, thanks for taking me and everyone else who watches your show on your journey brotha
Dennis still using that exhaust that king sling has had a very specific sound it's that sound that ol grave digger 19 and 20 had mack in the mid to late 2000's brings back memories unfortunately I never got to see Dennis in person I did however get to see Mike vaters in black stallion in KC back in January of 07
I really don't think they will ever keep Dennis Anderson out of a monster truck. He will be 80 and there going to be ok dad only one lap ok. No big jumps! Hell of a ride along.
I grew up loving Dennis and Grave digger back in the 90's and it was amazing he made me want to be a monster truck driver and I'd still love to be but sadly it's very expensive to get into the sport by building a truck ETC. But If there were other ways to get in and get that chance or opportunity to drive one even as a back up driver for a little I'd take it.
There are other ways. Well, one anyway. Feld has an entire fleet of corperate trucks, including Grave Diggers, that they hire people to drive. I'm not sure of the application process but it's an option.
Something I wanna see happen sometime in the future is when a grave digger encore happens at some point, Dennis comes out into the stadium and drives that King Sling just like he did here, That's something I wanna see happen and the crowd would really love it! Dennis still drives like he did a Decade ago, awesome to see he still drives just as crazy, hope he returns to driving in Monster Jam sometime soon!
