Hello everyone...Now I am going to take this 75 hard day challenge from 22 august 2024..and I promise I'll do it🔥🔥🔥....so i'll also edit my comment each day at night after completion of this challenge...It will be: 1) Wake up at 5am (which is an easy task for me...as I am used to it) 2) Drinking 3litres of water 3) 30mins for exersice+yoga 4) 6+hrs of self study daily!!!! 5) will keep my mind and body pure❤ 6) No abusive words 7) writing diary daily I will religiously follow all these rules...and will definitely give you updates about my challenge each day. Day 1🎉 Day2🎉(satisfaction on it's peak 😌)

As a student mine 75 Day Hard Challenge is going to be: * Drink 3-4 L of water everyday. * Studying for 5-6 hr effectively. * Exercise/Meditation for 30-35min. * Reducing Social Screen time to 1hr only. /Avoid Distraction. * Revision of topics. If possible, * Give 30 min to your skills.. I know it's gonna be hard, we need dedication for this, but what if we enjoy our challenge as it will give best result at the end. Everything is possible if we make up our mind to it, and stick over it.... It's gonna we challenging lets try it out.. ok let me be honest... I failed this challenge not one times but three times still wanna do it but I don't have that much of motivation.

Exercise twice each day for 45 minutes - it doesn't matter what the exercise is but one of these sessions must to be outdoors.Drink 4 litres of water per day.Pick a diet or eating plan and stick to that plan. You don't necessarily have to count calories but be intelligent - no chocolates, no cake, no soft drinks, and NO ALCOHOL (this is the one I'll struggle with the most).Read a minimum of 10 pages every day of growth mindset material or self-help book. No fifty shades of grey content! stick to real life material to work on your mindset.Take one progress photo each day - even though this is more of a mental challenge, the byproduct will be a physical change at the end of the 75 days. - Andy Frisella (the person who invented)
