I did build this huge tank last summer and it is still great now so I feel comfortable sharing how I made it. This is how I did it and the footage from then. The supply list below are the amounts I would reccomend using. You can make do with less as I did but you will get better results if you use this amount or more depending on your plants and preferences.
Here is the supplies list:
-2ib bale Sphagnum Moss
-32 quarts Perlite(including a heavy mix and using it as drainage)
-12 quarts Charcoal
-7 cans of Spray Foam
-2 mesh divider
-3 Clear Aquarium Silicone
-1 Calk gun
