there’s always something to do, you don’t have to just weight train and run everyday, if you feel like you need to recover then you could easily do the indoor workout but just stretch/agility work/ect and then jog if you don’t want to run it’s about building the habits and sticking to them.

i like that! its a form of off training. you can be active daily but change the intensities of certain days/weeks/months depending on the how you exerted yourselves the times prior. De-loads are as important or more than loading phases in a training block!

Try bouldering, good workout. And for the shin pains pay attention to the comfort of your socks /shoes ( more padding is better) and watch your foot strikes when going hard.

I think the opposite about the training. In the weight room I have specific goals and the run/walks are just to fit in 45 minutes outdoors.

Do you think your acne is getting worse on this diet? Also if you’re sleeping with a partner now change your pillow cases more often also skin to skin contact will cause more blemishes.

honestly i think you can fill in the 2 workouts any way you like, if you're really tired and working out hard would be counterproductive, go for a walk instead of running and do some yoga, stretsching, agility training etc instead. But yeah it's a mental challenge and obviously it's supposed to be hard, but at the end of the day you're doing it just for you, so doing what you think is best whilst also pushing yourself and not making unnecessary adjustments. If I 'failed' 75 hard because I skipped one workout because I was extremely sore for example, I wouldn't really give a fuck. Being real with yourself is what's important. (But since you're a youtuber I understand that you would stick tot it, else people would be on your shit lol)

75 Hard is not for normal people 💀 Its for nobody,no one in their right mind can physically and mentally recover and if you somehow do always go hard and always stay consistent on the diet your probaly gonna look worst at the end of the challenge,baggy eyes,musle atrophy,soreness,joint discomfort,headaches,acne breakouts,stress etc

Just go on 2 walks outside at a chill pace. 1 in the AM and 1 when the sun is setting. i.e. an “active rest day”. technically still counts as 2 workouts imo

Use yoga as a workout. Certain types are pretty intense and can serve as some active rest rather than wt training

soosh when you train just do one muscle group, that way you can train something different everyday. (Instead of pull day= 1 day back next day bic)

75 hard is a way to instill healthy habits and consistency to the point where it becomes 2nd nature. A program used when needed. but yes unrealistic for athletes.

Something must be kinda off with your lifting and running. A lot of the hybrid guys on RU-vid seem to run and lift every day almost and if not they do one or the other. Doing long hours of work probably contributes as well.

Its all relative, your tired because its outside of your norm. If you UP your norm, you will be less tired in the future. Just like weight training, you think its hard at first and then progressively overload
