Ethan's fab skills went from excellent to really professional in the last year. He has really stepped it up. Amazing to see the skills develop. The editing has come a long way too. Edwin's flying has gotten so much better he's opened up a lot more too. I love where this channel has gotten to. It's been fun to watch it get where it's at now. Stay awesome boys!

I was just at the point in the video when he started cutting out the muffler made from stainless with a perfect accurate CAD bended it to perfection when I thought to my self with mouth open starring at my screen „damn I have to write a comment and admire these really incredible craftsmanship skills“ when I saw you already did and wrote down my exact same thoughts. Really a joy to watch as a aircraft technician where I see daily designed and build to perfection systems somebody builds so beautiful and clean and well designed like Ethan. Awesome guys ! Great channel!! The camper is going to be awesome when ya get it done!! I do have a question for you guys. I’m building an off-road/hunting/fishing electric wheelchair. I have an older electric wheelchair that was given to me. Definitely needs a major upgrade with the batteries and electric motors to start with. Eventually it will have some sort of tracks. Was wondering if you guys might have any suggestions?

I used to take photos at the right angle and trace and resize with a real reference to scale it and send that to cad or just use a printer at 1 tot 1 and print the templates. Spray tack work great on the paper. Fusion has an awesome sheet metal mode.

The care taken to build that exhaust is greater than most professional shops, delightful stuff... Had to laugh at the fuel cost too, over in the UK we're paying $5.50 a US gallon for the basic stuff. High octane Is almost $6... Props to the whole team though, from cinematography, editing and fabrication, it's all flawless. Can't wait for the next one

Awesome build guys! Very entertaining to watch the process! One thing to note with the Brute Force 750 engine, is that the carbs do not like to operate properly without the air box installed. I have an ‘06 Brute myself, and it runs like crap without the air box, filter and lid installed. Don’t know if you can cram the stock air box on there, but you’re gonna have a hard time getting that thing to run right without it.

Watching the exhaust build, I had the thought of, what if you used the roll cage as an exhaust pipe to route it up and away? No chance of submerging the exhaust in normal operations. Maybe do the same with the intake.

These carburetors like having an airbox. You can also run something like a mr gasket #42 fuel pump to replace the stock diaphragm pump.

I worked in a muffler shop and I have to say. Ethan your exhaust system fabing skills are superb very good job. but due to limited space it's too bad you weren't able to build the muffler like a Flow Master. with a single inlet dual outlet and make it have dual exhausts. but well enough it sounds very much like to Colonel which is great. I almost didn't recognize Edwin with the long hair. but recognized his over six foot tall frame and his voice. it sounded like the plugs could stand to be cleaned from the way it was crapping out. or possibly some sticking valves especially if it's been sitting for a while. but it should be double the fun when the four wheel drive done. and all the other little fixes let there be nothing said for research and development.

if you really want to treat yourself with that gas can, go to the hardware store and get the super flexible tubing and a ball valve. put that ball valve down by the cap. then you can insert the tubing into the gas tank and get situated then turn the valve and let the fuel flow. it is so nice. also makes it easy to shut off and not have spillage or over fill problems.

Needs a dynatech ecu and a dyno jet jetting kit the kawis are really finikey on jetting when you free up the intake and exhaust they run like crap without the air box without jetting way up and getting the proper needles

Yo, I got this hose with a shut off built in from VP Racing for your new gas can. It's way easier than using the plain hose. VP Racing Fuels 33320 Trigger Hose
