During last weekend RACE1000 I have filmed a 750HP Golf 4 1.8 Turbo tuned by Getcharged. It did some 1/2 Mile drag racing against a Lamborghini Huracán, 900HP Mercedes-Benz CLS63s AMG and Porsche 997 Turbo! Who will be the fastest!? I hope you enjoy the video.

From a filming stand point one drone would be at the beginning and another at the end an fly to center, after a lil editing it should come out with clear finishes. That's if I was filming

I have a 1999 mk4 GTI 1.8turbo 20v sure is bullett proof but it drinks fuel like a bitch!!!! But it still goes well for a 20years old car, I had to change the turbo few months back because it stopped working after the car was not used for some time

EasyMoney21 nice! I have a 2002 AWP 1.8t 20v. It’s actually not bad at all on fuel. Especially when on the highway. You should check spark plugs maybe.

Gameverything plus the maintenance is that much because it is a built transmission . It can handle 550hp from a stock tranny Not many cars can do this s

Gameverything yes only warning people say is don’t drive it in the paddle shifter mode in traffic especially if it’s hot , there will be a light that comes on to warm you “transmission too hot” but I’ve been driving mine in 90degree weather in paddles no problem. I think it’s more when your ripping the gears in like 100degree weather it will get too hot

You'll do understand this is a one mile race for kilometers per hour? It's just for top speed in one mile. In this format nothing else matters I would like to see what all has been done to the 1.8t. I used to build those cars and had a decently fast quick one myself but this one is moving.

Гольф дымит как паровоз, не знаю что они там с движком сделали, но я уверен, если на трассу их всех выпустить на пару часов, на максимуме, то движек, да и авто не выдержит такой нагрузки, и вот тогда и будет видно кто быстрей, а главное дальше проехал :)
