Well done you x if you do it again you should cut the carrots smaller and let them cook for a few mins before you add the onions and leaving the garlic to last because it can burn easily and taste sharp. You did a really good job though, it looked delicious x

Brilliant tutorial. Have just made it and husband has scored it 10/10. I didn’t use Asda’s curry sauce as I already had an Aldi Jalfrezi in the cupboard. Also cooked carrots for few minutes prior to frying with other veggies. Tasted amazing ..!! Will cook again.

This reminds me of kedgerie just use haddock & add crumbled hard boiled egg. Great breakfast fuel for a busy day , can be eaten got or cold. M

Just made it tonight. Tasted lovely but only issue was the rice not being fully cooked. Followed it to a T as well. Anyone else had this problem?

I might give it a go but possibly witb chicken,not that keen on fish, I did the Sausages and mash last night, had a can of beans and no gravy though

Nice one on the whole cooking malarkey Deano. But for the health of your pans, don't use metal tools on a non stick coating!

I know Chris, my pans are too far gone now, so i will invest in more pans at the same time as new pan friendly utensils

@@JustDeano no worries. Just looking out for the Deano family. That non stick coating is nasty stuff in food. Loving the Deano cookery shows! You can be the new Nigella.
