That’s what’s so frustrating watching the different depths they have to reach, Jess seems to have longer arms longer rom and yes she’s weaker in bench but she also has further to make the bar travel
@@nickc3365The rule is lowest point of the elbow has to reach parallel with the "top" of the shoulder joint. If you watch the replay she definitely hits that on her left arm although I would agree the right arm is a little iffy
Agata is strong af, but looks pretty obvious that she jumped the press command..... also doesn't look like depth. Kind of frustrating to have a rule that isn't enforced?? Karlina and Jess are both amazing lifters, as well. Huge respect to all three.... just wish they'd stop giving lifts that don't actually adhere to the rules :/
Jess is very impressive in all regards. Not to mention she is type-1 diabetic! She squats with a narrow stance, benches with a full deep ROM and deadlifts conventional. You can't fault her at all. Same story with Karlina. Agata pulls sumo and bench rom is questionable. Regardless gotta respect these ladies especially as all 3 just got back from Sheffield not too long ago.
