We install a decal package from 77Decals.com on our 2022 Honda Queen Bee Yellow Grom MSX-125. Showing you the good and the bad, and what we learned that may help you with your stickers. We prefer using water and small amount of dish soap in our prep, you have to choose your own method, this is just one way to do it. This is not the only way, so learn all you can before you spend big dollars on a decal package. Hope you enjoy the video.

They’re sticking because you don’t have enough soap. You can put more soap in and spray a lot more on. It will all dry and be fine. With more soap(and water), you can actually apply the decal and slide it around into perfect position. That’s how it’s normally done.

I would normally agree but was following the recommendation from 77Decals that advised against using too much soap. I talked with them before doing this video. I think I could have added a bit more.

@@woodstocktrader I would have probably done something like ten drops or so for half a bottle of water and then sprayed plenty on the plastic. Especially with complex lines and bends. It always dries great but still gives you time to slide decal around and adjust it if needed. Either way, you got ‘er done. 👍

Agreed. Johnson baby soap about 10 drops for a spray bottle for slip solution

Thanks for the vid. Came close to ordering but changed my mind. I had a stroke a few years ago and there is no way I could do this now.

I just got the blue one a couple weeks ago. I’m gonna register it soon so I can start riding. I was waiting for the new year. I’m definitely considering getting the Woody decal pack for mine. If I do I would cut out the big piece so it was just woody then leave the middle piece and just the flames at the end. That seemed like a process that would throw me over the edge. Came out good. Thanks for posting.
