2022 grom cable colors for this... Yellow is Licence plate light Green- Ground Orange- left turn signal Light blue- Right turn signal (4) m6 by 30mm bolts with locking nuts can help a lot. I did have this same piece installed but, all cables are with expandable sleeve abrasion resistant sleeves
As someone has pointed out, there are nicer solutions than the one shown here. This video is for someone that is considering a kit like the Kemimoto and wants to see how difficult it is and what it looks like when mounted. Not an endorsement, I make nothing from these videos. It's just a hobby and is only to provide info to others like me that like to mod their bikes. There are more mods coming and some mods I may re-mod. It's what I do.
Nice to see a really clear and well put together video. I love the care you take over each stage. I won't be fitting an expensive tidy, not because I'm too tight to buy one, but because for me this is quite adequate and still a vast improvement on the whale tail. I'm in my sixties and my new Grom has seen me return to fettling and fiddling about with bikes in a way I haven't done for years. I love everything about the Grom. It's massive fun and you can put your stamp on it, even if you don't have a fortune to spend. Thanks for posting and happy riding chap :)
I personally like the stock blinkers better because they are way more visible than those tiny little led crap lights, it's not about look it's about safety .
Just curious, why did you choose that kit? No offense but it is downright hideous. It doesn’t look good at all. The TST cleans up the rear perfectly. Sleek and smooth. I get it if it was price but I don’t see why anyone would buy that kit over one that looks way WAY better. I think you’d be far happier with a TST. It’s the difference between a frumpy woman’s butt or the butt of a super sexy woman with a banging body. 😁
I like the TST better, no doubt but wanted to try a low cost solution. I'm constantly tweaking the bike, my 26th, and will likely change out to something else later on. I do videos on products that don't have ones out there or ones I want people to make up their own mind on. It's not about the money.
@@woodstocktrader I understand. I was just curious as to your reason. I have the TST with adjustable high mount and it’s extremely clean looking. Perfect. I got the adjustable mount because I am getting the Yoshimura RS-9T dual exhaust and didn’t know if I’d need to move the plate angle for clearance or looks. I think if you get a TST and install it, it will never come off the bike. You’ll like it.
Did you actually watch the first 30 secs ? He wanted something inexpensive Its a cheap budget bike , no one needs to be spending the bikes value again on bits I think it does the job for the money its hard to complain
