This is my truck that I've restored, It's got the Kenwood head unit. Kenwood 1200w 5ch amp, A Soundstream 2.0 farad capacitor, 4 Rockford Fosgate 6 1/2 components in the enclosures, and the 2 12" Kicker CVR's.
This system is efficient with power. I have a friend that has a Quantum 3000w amp for his subs and a 300w for his doors and I'm just as loud if not louder than him. I designed and built this box myself, had it appraised for $500. It's tuned real low (I don't know the exact frequency) but it gives a deeper bass response than most store bought boxes.
