#77 kiln unloading/opening amaco, Mayco, Laguna & spectrum glazes!! I LOVE them all!! 

Yaaaay I was so happy to see another kiln unload, writing as I watch 😅 oh great idea with the adding the base glaze to the speckled jar, I need some mayco coral now😅 my amaryllis has way too many chunks. I would love to go to the shows too😊 Ohh your poor handles, hopefully Karens method is going to work❤ Oh wow the Bali workshops sounds amazing. 😮the square lotus bowl and the mini are stunning . Love the swirly mug in moody blue. Love the button yarn bowl it is so sweet 😊 oh man power turq pair on black clay are gorgeous ❤ ohhh the black and white bubble chip and dip love love love it. The transfer yarn bowl is gorgeous as is the black bubble noodle bowl. All the marble mugs are yummy😊 love the new form chip and dip too. What a fantastic kiln opening Nat❤❤

Loved this kiln unloading. I have some black clay, definitely going to try the power turquoise. I did see speckled sienna on black clay this week and it was stunning Have you thought about using a bubble gun blower on your bubble glazes?. Give it a go. Jeanette xx

It’s not really very fair having the clay meet so expensive. I live in Tassie and I don’t have the money.

Nat, do you think you could avoid having to refire the marbled mugs by putting a clear coat over before you fire? I'm looking forward to trying these.(Also, if anyone else asks - it's RJM Pottery that has the tutorial).

I saw someone who waxed their handles so they dry more slowly (I haven't tried it yet). I also found that quite often, the cracks originate with the slip used to attach them, so I go back and scratch that away with an orange stick or tool.
