I ran into a very similar situation as yourself. Very disappointed to say the least. I have open DP, upgrade Visconti Stage 1 fuel pump, PI with reflex, Visconti FF, upgraded DAW Ultra Flow R turbo, and other bolt ons. Made 521hp and 551 torque. Sent my logs over to four different people. All said the same thing. Throttle closures, conservative timing, low boost, etc. had the car retuned by MarinTuned. Night and day difference. I will never use the original tuner again. And I paid him the most, $1500. He said he didn’t see anything wrong and my turbo was crap. Car now is making 700+ and 650 torque. Pulls like a freight train. I would highly suggest MarinTuned. JMO.

Hey man I believe I was the first person to call you out on the "780 hp" a few months ago.. I just want to tell you that I give you so much respect for posting this video. Most people wouldn't have owned up to it.. And with that being said you need to hit up the GOAT Mikey Botti for a tune! He's the best in the game! Also, get rid of the garbage CTS turbo lol

You need a retune and a shop who knows about the platform.

You can tell by the dyno run it isn't 780. Nothing wrong with that though, you were just going by what you were told. Humbling, but now you know.

Nick, I've known Vlad for years and trust him to work on my cars. I have done several projects with him: 1) Rebuilt a 500 whp Lotus Elise 2) Supercharged an Audi R8 3) Fixing a bunch of issues from another shop on my TT Lamborghini Performante Spyder. 4) Currently upgrading my TT Lamborghini Performante Coupe to ~2,400 whp (and this project impacted your Supra, read on) I have trusted him with well over a million dollars of cars and parts. I get all the parts back that come out of the car without issue. I find his prices devoid of "Lambo tax" (he's very fair), and the quality of work is on par with the best Lambo shops. There are several things in your video that confuse me: 1. Dyno sheet: You keep saying Vlad "refused" to give you a dyno sheet b/c he's "out of paper". That's not accurate, Vlad didn't dyno your car and he couldn't if he wanted too - my Lambo parts are taking up the whole area in his shop. He also didn't need too dyno your car. Your car was street tuned with your blessing. 2. Your Claimed WHP: I understand you talked with Vlad yesterday and conceded that Vlad told you before tuning that you'd make 500 whp with your mods. And here you are... making 500 whp (less than 0.3% off his estimate). Other tuners promised you the sun and moon, and from looking at previous posts, everyone has told you that your listening to fake news. And here you are trashing someone's name and reputation when you got exactly what you were told to expect by both your tuner and most of your commenters. 3. What you paid vs. what you got: You keep stating you paid $3,500 for just a tune. You had a lot of other stuff done too. He tuned your transmission ($500-600 just for the software license), unlock your ECU ($600 just for the software license), bench unlock ($300 alone), he installed an e85 sensor for you along with 3 tunes (91 eco, 91 wide open and e85). That's a bit more than just a tune. Plus parts, labor and fuel. 4. Missing turbo: Apparently you had someone (NOT VLAD) install an upgraded turbo? Perhaps with that you'd make a fair bit more, but Vlad showed you you still have an OEM turbo. He tuned the car for what you have in it. Unless you are accusing Vlad of stealing your turbo (which would be tough considering he essentially has no lifts free which is partly my fault), it just seems like you want views at the cost of a good guys reputation. I hope you set the record straight b/c right now it just looks like your trying to get views with no scruples about trashing a good guys name.

Not here to talk shit about this guy! But theres a lesson here! Before you blindly do something to your car ask around, forums, FB groups more YT videos! Do as much research as you can so you don't end like this man! Respect for posting the real Numbers! hope you get a good tuner! 👍🏼 i have a mk5 supra as well i would look for someone like mickey or payne! Doesn't matter if they take forever to work with you its well worth it

Who in the world told you you car makes 780 whp ? Now you tell people to avoid me ? You have no idea what you talking about . You get what you paid for , downpipe and E40 makes what we see in the video 🤦🏻‍♂️ and supposed to make what we see in the video. My words were twisted multiple times , I said modified turbo on stock motor will make 800 whp or the S58 . 🤷‍♂️ enjoy the car it’s done right.

I Don’t get why people take their cars to that shop. The people there are super shady and their work is terrible. Their prices are also ridiculous. Good luck getting your money back from them
