I've discovered that establishing a daily routine is essential. My workday starts at different times depending on the day. Sometimes, I begin at 6:00 am, while other times, I start at 1:00 pm. I've also noticed a pattern. On the days I start at 6:00 am and have breakfast beforehand, I don't feel hungry for the rest of the day.
