Now, I feel extremely confident in speaking, writing, and listening in English. In summary, anyone who tries to improve their skills every day can become fluent. I believe in that.

But in this video you said that you are a Russian native, you have a truly Russian personality. You are explaining every topic very nicely. an American. My native language is Bulgarian (another Slavic language), and it is quite different as well. I don't think that the grammar is so difficult, but it is undoubtedly different. Pronunciation is 100% different, and pronunciation + writing are hell for me.

I'm working on a similar idea as well. What are the three reasons that are keeping you semi fluent. In my opinion, #1 no self belief #2 the mechanics of English #3 lack of practice. You mention you native language. This definitely is a factor.
