Loved Dominique so much - and Ben too. But their exits were so unceremonious, so casual. They deserved better than to just disappear without a goodbye.
Too bad this was Dominique’s last scene. They should have kept her around longer and if they were going to write her out, then give her a bigger send off. Diahann added so much to this show
Agreed. I stopped watching the show soon after as Ms Carroll leaving without explanation and Lee Ann Hunleys part was mishmash as Dana and then adding new weak characters just added to the demise of show.
For me "Dynasty" was never the same without Dominique and without Ben. Never. I also liked Clay. And it was just a shame, to take Jeff and Fallon back to the show. They couldn't be a little bit 'interesting' in this show, like in season 1-5. And i never liked Fallon. The only good thing (of course only in a series) was the hostage by Matthew Blaisdel. That was really excited. But my real "Good Bye" in Dynasty was this episode here, with the wedding. The season finale of season 7. I missed Dominique and Ben too much.
@@RaoulGodinez I would. L☺L at your comment but I have a pair of earrings that 95% looks like Alexis pink & pretty earrings. But the color of mine are ruby red to go with those ruby red slippers that I brought from Dorothy of The Wizard of Qz 😉April 13, 2020
LOVED Them Together!!! Dominique And Nick Deserved A Better Sendoff Than This,Their OWN Wedding,But The Writers Did Her WRONG,The Great #DIAHANNCARROLL And #DominqueDeveraux Deserved A Better Ending!!!
i wish Dominique's exit was a bit more graceful and splashy, it seems like she came in like a lion but left like a lamb, is unfortunate and she deserved more than this
@@Magdalenkaization in truth the writers didn't know what to do further with Dominique so she and Nick and Ben were axed in favor of introducing Sean Rowan
Because DD and her Beau stole some silver and knick-knacks from the mansion and had to run off before security got on to them. They were black, you know...
In a way, I much as love Dallas. J.R. and Sue Ellen should have had already grown children in their late 20s or early 30's and Bobby and Pam could have had children in middle or early high school. When came to being parents on Dynasty, Blake and Alexis had children in the right age group. Since Blake and Alexis are in the same age group as well as JR and Sue Ellen. I always felt sorry for John Ross because his parents could pass as his grandparents.
They actually weren’t in the same age bracket though. Blake and Alexis were married in the mid-1950s when Alexis was 17 years old. JR and Sue Ellen met in 1967 when she was 20 years old and married when she was 25, but she didn’t have John Ross till she was 32 in 1979 for the obvious strained marriage reasons that we got introduced to in the first season of Dallas, including JR’s constant philandering. Alexis had all four of her kids by 1965 when she was “exiled” to Acapulco lol.
