They had the large RV garage which is a huge plus but I wish they would allow a garage opening on both ends front and backyard, one thing I hated about working in my garage was having the front gate lifted to get air in while working in the garage but not having the privacy having my neighbors see my garage open

Truly well built homes have actual HVAC returns in each room. Not a hole cut above each interior door, with grills slapped on.

The asking price on this house is downright insulting. It is unfathomable to me that this is what passes for a million dollar house in Vegas. Frankly, it looks quite cheaply built. Unbelievable.

@@JBRE The location is irrelevant. Housing is absurdly overvalued almost everywhere in the country, thanks to large developers and venture capital controlling way too much inventory. In any case, it's unsustainable.
