@03:11 There is one issue with this video. You mentioned the VGA to HDMI converter. You should have said a HDMI to VGA converter. Both are different as there are clearly inputs and output marked. A non technical person would go and purchase a VGA to HDMI converter only to later find out that it does not work. Converter devices like these are not bi-directional and one must be careful on how you label them.

What is not mentioned here is that the fire stick power supply cannot give enough power for a lot of these add-ons. I have found my fire stick 4k Wi-Fi starts to fail when items are connected via the OTG cable.

Hi, Great video, just a question: I connect firestick to a Monitor (through HDMI Port) which does not have an Aux Out 3.5mm port nor a Bluetooth feature. How do I get the sound/ audio now for the media that plays on prime/netflix/ youtube. (Remaining port on my monitor is only VGA) Please advise.

Doubt it or if u can find hdmi splitter with 2 arc or try connect 1 bar hdmi in to other bar. Might have to try 1 to arc and other via optical to tv . I think U would have to set to pcm tho not Dolby to get both to come in tho.. What you want is a receiver and speakers system if you need it that loud. It's kinda silly to use 2 soundbars and won't sound good. You'd have some sort audio issues. It's better if all speakers are synced together like thru a receiver. A few expensive bars do support

So, I'm going through my cable/dvr box, with the cable feed plugged into HDMI 1 & my Firestick plugged into HDMI 2... my surround audio works in HDMI 1 but when I switch input sources to HDMI 2, the HDMI 1 audio feed continues uninterrupted, even though the input source channels the HDMI 2 image on the screen. Wtf??? Would that RCA plug adapter solve the problem?

My Amazon Fire TV Stick doesn't recognize the Ethernet cable when I click on Network. It just shows that I am on Wifi. It doesn't show the Configure Network connection like you show on your video. The things I need most of all is to be able to use ABD and ES, so I can use the memory of my flash drives instead of the firestick. Neither program works right. I can see one fkash, but cannot manipulate data. Connected: 7-port hub, 128 gb and 512 gb flashes and obg.

Any remote from a Samsung tv 2018 or later with a microphone button will do if the firestick remote is on its last legs. As long as the firestick remote has batteries in it this will work and the Samsung remote will last about ten times longer.

Anyone know if it's possible to connect a usb hub via otg so i can use a usb remote while having the usb drive connected? Is this possible or is it either/or type of thing? And why the heck did they NOT, at the very least, include a ".com" buttom in the onscreen keyboard layout?! Cannot believe that such BAD designs can make soooooooooooo much money! Hi, Can i use fire tv stick gen 2 purchased from india in Newzland without a vpn. The international version available here is missing voice and volume controls. Finding mixed comments online about this. Like some are saying that everything work like normal if we switch the country settings, some saying except prime video everything else work normally. Why the hell would you use the amazon fire stick if you have a PS4 hooked up? Just use the PS4 for streaming? It's actually a fantastic streamer. This is weird!

Cuz ppl wanna prolong their console life by only using it for gaming and not putting extra strain on it from having it on all the time. Alot of ppl can only afford 1 console every few years or even gen. Even if they could there's a major console shortage now so best to give the console a rest when you can to keep it from dying prematurely and having nothing. I rather know I got my money's worth when it dies from gaming, not streaming.
