Men are facing a testosterone epidemic, as testosterone has been on the decline for over 30 years. It's now at an all-time low for numerous reasons that make sense. Contributing factors include a lack of exercise, a crappy diet, EDCs consumed daily, and aging. When testosterone dramatically drops, you will not feel as good or look as good, and your sex drive will be lower. Testosterone is a lifeline of men, so today's video inspiration is from my personal testosterone journey. About three years ago, I was feeling sluggish, so I had my testosterone tested. It was around 500, so I decided to take steps to raise it. I've had a few tests since then, and it's now over 820. My lifestyle hasn't changed as I've always taken care of myself, but I started taking some specific micronutrients that a testosterone coach recommended.
To facilitate the highest level of testosterone possible, you need to make sure your body fat is low. When your body fat is high, estrogen can rise, and testosterone will drop. You also need to make sure you're not smoking or drinking beer, which has hops. Eat as cleanly as possible and avoid EDCs. Eating more organic and eliminating processed crap, including sugars, will also help to boost your testosterone. The most significant component for raising mine was taking specific micronutrients. I'm a fanatic about micronutrients and supplementation, so I added some proven to assist your body's ability to produce testosterone. As a disclaimer, research and talk to a doctor before you get on anything. Adopt a healthier lifestyle before you get your bloodwork done. Then, get a baseline. From there, you'll be able to see how your body responds to some of these strategies.
Two baseline supplements every man should take, regardless of age, are a multivitamin and a probiotic. These are essential nutrients that I get from Ritual.
Vitamin D and Zinc are next. Both are critical for testosterone production.
Magnesium creates a trifecta with vitamin D and zinc for testosterone production.
D-aspartic acid is an amino acid that facilitates the body's production of testosterone.
L-carnitine helps to reduce body fat but has also been demonstrated to facilitate the protectionist testosterone.

Very good list. Fish oil is another supplement that helps with testosterone specially the fish oil that contains good amounts of EPA and DHA. And I can't believe you didn't mention zinc that's one of the first in the list for testosterone

Some of these things he mentioned are easily and better attainable through meat, specifically red meat. Eggs are also critical to good health and testosterone for men.

Besides a multivitamin, I only take Vitamin D3 and Shilajit and that's all is needed in my opinion. Because shilajit contains everything else naturally besides high amounts of Vitamin D3

I jacked up my testosterone level with my current lifestyle. Lifting weights for 40 years plus the supplements I've been using. I'm 65 and my testosterone was 998! It went up from 887. I give credit to Boron, Ashwagandha, Zinc and vitamin D3. I eat watermelon daily for the L Citrulline. Daily fresh ginger raw with my whey protein. I've been a competitive bodybuilder since 1993! I have a gene mutation that downgrades the VDR (vitamin D receptors). It's a rather common gene mutation in humans. I'm currently running 20,000 IUs of D3 per day and have been on that dose for over a year. One crucial co-factor to D3 is K2 @ 100mcg to every 10,000 IUs of D3. K2 drives calcium out of the soft tissue and into the bones.

Love and respect you deeply Aaron. Unfortunately there are no natural supplements that have proven to raise T levels. I suggest men get their levels tested ever year (AFTER THE AGE OF 35) and if they are lower than 250 total. There are some very safe medical men's clinics that can prescribe low dose hormone replacement. I know you aren't a fan of HR but I've been on protocol for 3 years now and never felt better and went from 220 total to 1200. Always consult a doctor, but HR is a safe alternative.

I’m 59 been on TRT for 3 years and it’s a massive game changer! My free T is consistently in 30’s and total ranges 1,200-1,300. Low dose, bi-weekly pins, labs every 3 months….i look 15+ years younger than my actual age…supplements like zinc, vitamins, etc will not even remotely come close

I turned. 56 in June! I have been on thyroid meds for years! I used to have so much energy! I used to run! Now I’ve been suffering with my erectien since my 30’s! Lately I’ve been having hot flashes! Sweating! Feeling sluggish and fatigue! I never had my testosterone checked!! Or my estrogen!

It’s simple…go to your primary care doc and ask for blood labs checking for free and total test levels, estrogen levels. Use a 25 gage 1 inch needle and get prescribed testosterone cypionate. Your life will be better

Dude, if you're in your 40's, and you find out your test levels are at 500....you're doing GREAT. Hey more is better if you can in a healthy way. I think you might be sending the wrong message to some of our brothers on here with that. I notice you didnt at any point educate on what the generally healthy levels of test are for different age groups. The way you went about this would lend one to believe that you were trying to scare guys into buying these products. Im all for encouraging other to he as heslthy as possible, of course, but the way this message was delivered could be misleading.

Depends on age. If you take Tongcat and fadogia you will want more sex. More sex means you do not want to hit the gym unless you’re in your 20’s. I know people who get pumps in the gym smoking weed or taking CBD or busting nuts left and right. Good luck. Not me bro. Makes me want to do nothing but sleep. Which is great on your healing days. Take them all you want on off days after you hit roughly 30+ you better stick to just non “T” boosting supps. Everything comes with a trade off bro. My 30 yr old MMA nephew took TRT but was furious when they told him afterwards he would no longer produce his own natural “Testosterone”.. I don’t do needles my man. No tattoos either. Those require lots of needles. Grew up with tons of guys dead now from Heroin. No needles. Which means until they figure out peptides without the use of needles I’m not ape’ing in to those either. And one of the two main ones causes pancreatic cancers. Fck that! Everything comes with a price folks. Wake up. Be aware! Doctors fckd my nephew. Told him after they treated him. Total bullsht!

Several years ago on TV I heard a collegiate study quoted that found that regular consumption of multivitamins shortened life and shortened quality life. I don't take a multivitamin, and if you do or want to, I strongly suggest you do your homework and then if the advice of a health professional.

Besides a multivitamin, I only take Vitamin D3 and Shilajit and that's all is needed in my opinion. Because shilajit contains everything else naturally besides high amounts of Vitamin D3
