👏 Love it! Now that was amazing 8 BRUTAL Cosmic Monsters and Deities of Cthulhu Mythos ever! Totally awesome HP Lovecraft's Incredible Cosmic Creatures! Fantastic art work! Love it!
Azathotha awakening and dismantling reality IS NOT A THING!! it's from Lord Dunsany Mana-Yood-Sushai character which gets confused or for some reason made and avatar of Aza.. Nowhere in any of Lovecraft's writings does it remotely state or imply that If any of Lovecraft's entities would be able to do that,it would most likely be Yog-Sothoth since he's basically the entire mythos.
Lilolol did you meet your self importance check quota with that statement? In Caps no less. Short story, novel, marmaduke spread. It's all written words your distinction of technicalities, I hope, make you feel important. Since it's prolly all you got champ....well that and mother. Isn't that right mr bates. Just you and mother lelelelel.
At the risk of sounding like a total edgelord, I've always found the entities from Lovecraft to be far more believable than the nauseatingly human-centric comfort blankets which humans call gods. Lovecraft's "divine" beings are, at best, indifferent to our existence, or openly hostile towards it, taking great pleasure in our suffering and demise, which seems far more in tune with the reality of our world and the universe at large, than the disgustingly narcissistic and wishful thinking of the majority of mankind's religions, particularly those of the Abrahamic stripe where there is some benevolent creator who will reward us for submitting meekly to its whims. Anyone who studies history will know that there was never a peaceful or utopian era where mankind fell from grace, no "original sin" nonsense. We are violent and selfish semi-hairless apes who try to derive meaning from a chaotic and meaningless universe with imbecilic rituals, countless frivolous religions and whatever garbage we use to keep our little minds distracted and occupied. The notion that any divine entity would actually care about us, and has gone through the effort of crafting our planet, the solar system, our galaxy, and the countless galaxies beyond it, just for US, is such a grotesque declaration of self-centered hubris I'm actually surprised the universe hasn't swatted us already for our presumption, but maybe it will, in time.
